SUBJECT: DEREGISTRATION FOR NOT SITTING FOR

SPECIAL/SUPPLEMENTARY EXAMINATIONS

The 2023/2024 Special/Supplementary examinations will be done from 8th of July 2024
to 19th of July 2024 as per the timetable already released by the university examination
office.
This is to remind you that students sitting for these examinations are supposed to do so
without fail. That is Failure to present yourself on the scheduled day and time to sit for
the examination will translate to automatic de-registration as per KyU examination
policy.
BSC.S.E. 2.7.6.5 (a) ‘A candidate who absents himself/herself from examinations that he/she was
required to sit for in any semester shall be assumed to have deserted the degree course and shall be
deregistered forthwith.
