GFL Inspection 挠性杆联轴器检查
• Using a felt-tip pen, draw a straight line across the separating line of the inner
member and friction disk. 用毡尖笔,跨内芯和摩擦盘画直线
• Subsequently, the length of shafting must be rotated forwards and backwards using
the rotary drive. 随后,使用旋转驱动将轴长度前后旋转
• If the markings on the coupling move relative to one another while doing so, the
torque springs are damaged. 如果标记发生偏转,表示传扭弹簧损坏
• Also, audible sounds (e.g. cracking during the slow rotation), or visible deformation
of parts indicate damage. 另外,声音(低速时破损音)或外观变形也提示损坏
• If damage is suspected or is already visible, the coupling must be immediately
removed and repaired. 如果发现损坏,联轴器必须马上拆下进行维修
• Defective couplings are only allowed to run at greatly reduced torque (emergency
operation)! 损坏的联轴器仅允许在大幅降低扭矩的情况下使用(应急)
• If broken or crushed rods are determined by a visual check, the coupling must be
repaired. 如果目检发现连杆有破损,联轴器必须进行维修
• In each of these visual checks, the shaft alignment must also be checked at the
same time. 外观检查时,联轴器的位移补偿必须同时检验
