With reference to the hourly paid contract signed between me and the University of Rwanda,
College of Education, dated on 16th June 2023 which was about the teaching of the modules of
Basic Mathematic (MAT1141 11 and Fundamental of Calculus (MAT1142) year 1, MCE and
MCsE in the Department of Mathematics, Science and Physical education, during the second
trimester of academic year 2022/2023. I taught this module from 12/06/ 2023 to 01/8/2023 at
Rukara Compass. I wish to inform you that I have completed the service as agreed. I submitted
all the results (CATs & Final Exam), attendance lists and booklets to the registral office.

In view of the above, I wish to remind you the payment of 7,712 Frwx96=740,352Frw plus
