remote desktop groups can you login remotely to the DC server with this
user ?
 How could you do This ? ( bonus)

 Navigate to Settings.
 Click on Apps and then select Apps & Features.
 Select Optional features (or Manage optional features).
 Next, click on Add a feature.
 Scroll down and select RSAT.
 Hit the Install button to install the tools on your device.

 Step 2: Install Admin Center on Windows Server 2016/Windows

 Step 3: Load your browser and fire up Admin Center.
 Step 4: Add a Server to manage with Windows Admin Center.
 Don’t install it on Active directory
