Test tube: It is made up of soda- lime -silica glass. It is used for carrying out chemical tests or reactions (small samples). 2. Boiling Tube: It is made up of borosilicate glass. It is used for carrying out chemical tests where strong heating is required. 3. Test tube holder: It is used for holding test tubes and boiling tubes that cannot be touched either because they are very hot or contain highly corrosive. 4, Test tube stand: counter. is used for keeping and organizi ig test tubes on the laboratory 5. Funnel: Itis usually made up of glass. It is used for transferring liquids from one container to the other and also for holding the filter paper during filtration 6. Spatula: It is used to take out solid chemicals from the reagent bottles. It has a round end for scooping out the chemicals and a flat end for breaking the solid chemicals.
