EXAMINATION INSTRUCTIONS & GUILDELINES

• The examinations for Under Graduate & Post Graduate courses will be conducted in an online
proctored mode via Qurio App only. Students can take the exam from the comfort of their homes
using a laptop or smartphone equipped with a webcam and a stable internet connection.

• Giving examination on Laptop is highly recommended. If you choose to use smartphone for exam,
please be advised to fix it up on a stand and don’t change its orientation throughout the
examination.
• Students who have submitted their written assignments & paid full fees are only eligible for exams.
• Ensure that your mobile phone or laptop is fully charged before the exam. Additionally, arrange for
a power bank for your mobile device or a UPS/Inverter for your laptop/desktop to uninterrupted
power supply during the examination.
• It is advised to take mock test on 06-Nov-2023 at 05:00 PM.
• Your registered mobile number is your Username & Password to login Qurio exam app
• The student must score a minimum of 40 marks* in each subject in final exams.
• Any request/issue you face during to ongoing examinations should be informed in first half hour
only from the time of the commencement of examinations. Ex: Exam starts at 05:00 pm request
cutoff time will be 05:30 pm after which no request will be accepted.
• Read & follow all the instruction which will be displayed on your exam screen before starting exam.
• The Time of the examination begins only when the ‘Start Test’ button is pressed. However, closing
time of the examinations will remain the same irrespective of students logged in time.
• Whenever students are raising any query they must mention their Name, registration number,
Course & Subject. Without proper details no query will be entertained.
• During examination, you are under surveillance. You are advised not to move away from the sitting
position and not to discuss with anybody over the phone/physically. These will be considered as
UFM (Unfair Means) practices in this type of examination. If you are found to be engaged in UFM
activities, your examination will be liable to be cancelled and your case will be put up to UFM
committee for necessary action.
• After writing your answers you need to scan your answers sheets & upload in PDF
format only. Improper scan of answers sheet, Blur answer sheet, unreadable content
will be rejected and no marks will be given for the same.
• Students have to write Student Name, Enrollment Number, Subject Name on top right-hand side
of every answer sheet.
• Only Hand-written answers are accepted.
• Students have to write questions also before writing the answers
• You are permitted to submit your answer only once, so ensure that you have answered all
questions correctly before submission. In the event of accidental submission, re-examination will
not be permitted. Another attempt will only be allowed in the next session.
• Double-check and confirm that you have successfully submitted your answers.
• It is advised that students to save the exam completion screen until the issuance of results or
original mark sheets. The screenshot should include your name, subject names, dates, and times,
among other details.

For LAPTOP-
Infrastructure Requirements
Windows 10 PC, I3 Processor, Minimum 4GB RAM, with functioning camera, microphone and speakers
Sufficient light illuminating the student
Uninterrupted Internet connectivity

If individual student location - Standard 4G bandwidth(2MBPS)

If Centre based - 10 MBPS among 50 students
Qurio Application installed on the laptop

Steps-
Download Qurio Application from https://digiv.app/qurio
Click on the downloaded exe file to install the application
The system might prompt you to check whether you are installing the right App
Click on ‘More Info’ and select ‘Run Anyway’
The application gets installed on your machine
Select LMS server from dropdown – Qurio Exam Demo
The application will check if your microphone and speakers are ON and functioning
Login into the LMS using the credentials provided to you
Click on the course ‘Qurio Demo’
Read the instructions given on the page
Click on the exam name
Go through the instructions given and click on ‘Start Attempt’
Once you have answered all the answers, click on ‘Finish Attempt’
The system will provide you the option to go back to any specific question or ‘Submit all and finish’
Please wait for some time till the exam data is uploaded on the server
Once done, you may click on ‘CLOSE EXAM SOFTWARE’ to exit the Qurio Examination System
QURIO STUDENT GUIDELINES
For MOBILE(Android App)-
Infrastructure Requirements

Minimum space of 1GB available on the phone

Once installed, allow the app access to you microphone and camera
