• Establish tracking of the Web and Android versions of the product on Mixpanel for making data-driven decisions
Objective
• Improve user experience by making the product more interactive and intuitive to increase retention and reduce drop-off
• Created detailed customer journey maps on Figma to decide what events to track and to add trackers in the source code
• Designed dashboards on Mixpanel consisting of user journey flows and funnels to derive data insights about user behavior
Approach
• Automated user interaction by building a WhatsApp bot that assists users during onboarding and creating events
• Conducted user interviews to understand user perception and compiled feedback from 50+ interviews

Objective • Implement core concepts of MDM (Master Data Management) at different stages of an MDM project in pharma industry
Y( • Analyzed life sciences datasets of clients like IQVIA Onekey, DDD, etc. to understand how data is stored and flows at scale
Approach • Formulated survivorship rules and match-merge rules such as Exact and Fuzzy match to merge datasets
• Explored various concepts related to data management like relational databases and learned SQL
Result • Executed survivorship and match-merge rules via Reltio (MDM tool) to merge similar HCP entities from different datasets

PROJECT
Credit Card Fraud Detection | Self Project | GitHub (Jan – Mar 2022)
Objective • Build a model to classify transactions as fraudulent or non-fraudulent using a high class imbalanced transactions dataset
• Performed sampling techniques like Random Undersampling and SMOTE to handle the class imbalance
Approach • Visualized data using dimensionality reduction techniques like PCA and used box plot and IQR for outlier removal
• Implemented Logistic Regression & Support Vector Machine and employed GridSearchCV to get optimal parameters
Result • Concluded that LR performs best under SMOTE with a recall of 91.3% by plotting ROC curves and confusion matrices
