• Establish tracking of the Web and Android versions of the product on Mixpanel for making data-driven decisions
Objective
• Improve user experience by making the product more interactive and intuitive to increase retention and reduce drop-off
• Created detailed customer journey maps on Figma to decide what events to track and to add trackers in the source code

PROJECT
Credit Card Fraud Detection | Self Project | GitHub (Jan – Mar 2022)
Objective • Build a model to classify transactions as fraudulent or non-fraudulent using a high class imbalanced transactions dataset
• Performed sampling techniques like Random Undersampling and SMOTE to handle the class imbalance
Approach • Visualized data using dimensionality reduction techniques like PCA and used box plot and IQR for outlier removal
• Implemented Logistic Regression & Support Vector Machine and employed GridSearchCV to get optimal parameters
Result • Concluded that LR performs best under SMOTE with a recall of 91.3% by plotting ROC curves and confusion matrices
