Sub: Declaration with respect to GST e-Invoicing

We Modern Life Style Interior and Furniture and GSTIN - 36AHFPM0159A1ZT, wish
to inform you that GST e-Invoicing regulations as issued by the Government, are not
applicable to us as our aggregate turnover is below the limit prescribed by the Government.

In this connection, we hereby undertake as follows:

(1) We shall comply with the GST e-Invoicing regulations as stipulated by the Government
from time to time, as and when the GST e-Invoicing regulations made applicable to us
by the Government;

(2) We shall ensure to print the Quick Response code (‘QR code’), as generated by the
Invoice Registration Portal, in our GST documents as specified by the Government, as
and when the GST E-invoicing regulations made applicable to us by the Government;

(3) We shall ensure to report the details of GST documents issued to you in GST returns
within due dates specified by the Government.

In case of any non-compliance with respect to the above, we hereby undertake that the
amount payable by you (towards input tax credit reversal, interest, penalty, legal expenses)
would be reimbursed to you by us.

We also undertake to take the responsibility for any other consequences in this regard.
