Leave Policy

Introduction
The purpose of this policy is to specify the nature, extent and entitlement of various types of leaves
available to employees.

1. Scope and Exclusion:


All employees excluding the following:
1.1 Interns /Consultants/ Part-time employees
1.2 Any other staff, as determined by the Management from time to time
1.3 As stated in the Employment Contract

2. Jio Requirements:

2.1. The details of eligibility for Leave policy shall be as follows:


2.1.1. Work week construct: -

2.1.1.1. Six (6) days work week construct: All employees who are working in
Geography and shift timings.

2.1.1.2. Five (5) days work week construct: All employees except employees
working in Geography and shift timings.

2.2. Entitlement:-

2.2.1. Regular Leave:-

6 days work week 5 days work week

2.2.2. Special Leave:-

It shall be applicable for both 5 days and 6 days work week construct.

*Female employees resuming work post Maternity Leave, are provided with an option to work for
Half day (subject to the terms mentioned in annexure) on return from Maternity Leave, for up to
six months.

2.2.3. Compensatory Off:-

No Compensatory Off shall be given to any employee for working on Public Holiday or
Weekly off.
