Foreword
Purpose
This document describes the basic functions and GUIs of the FusionCharge.
Intended Audience
This document is intended for the following roles:
● Administrator: Has all permissions, including creating charging stations,
inviting members to join the team space, and performing O&M on the
stations.
● O&M personnel: Perform routine O&M and monitoring of devices.
● Viewer: Perform routine device monitoring.

Procedure
1. Go to the AntoEco official website and click Register.
2. Register an AntoEco account.
a. Enter an account name.
b. Set the account password and confirm the password.
▪ The password must contain at least letters and digits and cannot
contain spaces.
c. Enter a mobile number.
d. Obtain and enter the verification code received by the mobile phone.
e. Select I have read and agree to the AntoEco Terms of Use and Privacy
Statement.
f. Click Register.
NOTICE
To ensure the safety of your AntoEco services and property, and maintain normal
public order, confirm the following information before submitting a request to
close your AntoEco services:
1. A request for closing AntoEco services shall be submitted by the AntoEco
account holder or an agent authorized by the account holder. In the latter case,
the agent shall inform the AntoEco account holder of these notes, provide the
account holder with all documents in the closure process, and ensure that the
AntoEco account holder understands and agrees to all the contents of all the
documents.
2. You affirm that your request for closing AntoEco services is not intended to
evade any ongoing or impending dispute or litigation, avoid supervision by
administrative authorities, or bypass relevant laws and regulations.
3. By closing AntoEco services, you waive your rights to retrieve the service data.
4. After you close AntoEco services, your data stored in the AntoEco will be
deleted and cannot be restored.
5 Order Management
2. On the My Shopping Cart page, select the target app and click in the
Operation column.
3. In the dialog box that is displayed, click OK.
6 Message Center
Message Center is a service platform on the AntoEco for better contact with
customers. Users can receive and manage notifications here in a timely manner to
avoid unnecessary loss caused by information missing.
7 Log Management
You can view security logs and operation logs on the current page.
● Security logs contain information about security operations on the current
page, such as logging in to the server, changing passwords, creating users,
and logging out of the server.
● Operation logs contain the operations performed by users on the current
page.
Procedure
1. In the upper right corner of the AntoEco, choose > Log Management.
2. On the Log Management page, you can perform the following operations as
required.
NOTICE
If you switch between pages when exporting logs, the export will be
interrupted.
Viewing On the current page, you can view all logs or filter logs to
logs view a specified one.
Click the row where the target log is located to view the log
details.
NOTE
A maximum of 1000 characters can be displayed in the Details
column. If the value contains more than 1000 characters, it is displayed
in the format of A-B.

8 Logging In to FusionCharge
In the navigation pane, choose to access the home page. The following figure
is for reference only and the actual display may vary.

Export alarms.
Context
● When you go to the Active Alarms page for the first time, alarms in the
alarm list are sorted in descending order of occurrence time by default.
● You can only monitor and view alarms of authorized MOs.
Monitoring Alarms
On the Active Alarms page, monitor the alarms reported by all devices and
systems in real time.
1. In the navigation pane, choose > Alarm Management > Active Alarms.
2. You can monitor alarms in either of the following ways:
– Monitor alarms using the alarm list.
On the Active Alarms page, monitor the alarms reported by all devices
and systems in real time.
– Monitor alarms using alarm indicators.
The alarm indicators in the upper left corner of the Active Alarms page
show the four levels of alarms (critical, major, minor, and warning).
Querying Alarms
To view the alarms that you need to concentrate on and handle:
1. In the navigation pane, choose > Alarm Management > Active Alarms.
2. Set filter criteria, click Search, and search for alarms.

2. Click an alarm name to check alarm details, handling suggestions, and
maintenance experience.
Exporting Alarms
Export the alarm table in .xlsx format to the local PC.
1. In the navigation pane, choose > Alarm Management > Active Alarms.

i. Select the alarms to be exported and click Export.
ii. In the Tasks dialog box, click to export the selected alarms to the
local PC.
– Export all alarms.

ii. In the dialog box that is displayed, click Yes.
iii. In the Tasks dialog box, click to export all alarms to the local PC.
Prerequisites
● By default, a maximum of 5000 historical alarms can be displayed. When the
number of alarms reaches the maximum, the first 20,000 alarms are displayed
based on the filter criteria and sorting result. To query other alarms, users can
modify the filter criteria and sorting.
● You can only monitor and view alarms of authorized MOs.
Monitoring Alarms
On the Historical Alarms page, monitor the alarms reported by all devices and
systems in real time.
Querying Alarms
To view the alarms that you need to concentrate on and handle:

the local PC.

Procedure
Step 1 In the navigation pane, choose > Alarm Management > Sync Alarms.
Step 2 In the Sync Alarms page that is displayed, select the device name on the
navigation pane.
NOTE
The system supports daily alarm synchronization. For details, contact technical support
engineers.

Prerequisite
You have the operation right of Alarm Notification Rule.
Context
Historical data refers to the measurement values of performance counters during
device running or the statistical values within a certain period.
1. In the navigation pane, choose > Historical Data > Query Historical
Data.
2. In the left pane, select the management domain to be queried.
3. Select a device type, and click Query.
4. On the top of the query result page, select devices and counters by device
type.
5. In the upper part of the page, click next to the device type to collapse the
device and counter information.
6. Select the query time as required and click Query.
1. In the navigation pane, choose > Historical Data > Query Historical
Data.
2. In the left pane, select the management domain to be queried.
Perform the following operations as required.
– Exporting historical data of the selected management domain
i. In the left pane, select the device type and click Export.
ii. In the dialog box that is displayed, set Task Name and Choose time
period, and click OK to export the selected counter data of the
selected management domain to the local PC.
– Exporting historical data of the selected device
i. In the left pane, select the device type and click Query.
ii. On the top of the query result page, select devices and counters by
device type.
iii. On the historical data result page, click Export in the upper part of
the page.
iv. In the dialog box that is displayed, set Task Name and Choose time
period, and click OK to export the selected counter data of the
selected device to the local PC.
Follow-up Procedure
On the Historical Data page, you can perform the following operations.

In the displayed dialog box, click OK. The synchronization progress of the device is
updated in the right pane. Check whether the supplementary collection is
successful.

Follow-up Procedure
You can perform the following operations on the Sync Historical Data page.

Retrying historical data collection You can re-collect the data that is in
the Cancel or Failed state.
In the supplementary collection task
list, select the Cancel or Failed state
and click Retry.
NOTE
The causes of the supplementary collection
failure are as follows: The device is
unavailable, an unknown error occurs,
waiting for the response packet from the
device times out, a manual synchronization
task exists, or an invalid task exists.
Procedure
Step 1 In the navigation pane, choose > Device Software Management > Device
Version.
The system obtains the latest version information and refreshes the
synchronization result in the version information list.
Step 2 On the Device Version page, view the device version information.
You can view the version information of all or specified devices by browsing or
searching for device names. You can also view all devices corresponding to a
device version by filtering device versions.

Prerequisites
You have obtained the target version software package and verification file from
the Huawei enterprise technical support website.
The download method is as follows:
1. Log in to https://support.huawei.com/enterprise.
2. Browse or search for the corresponding device type name to obtain the
software package to be upgraded, and click cms in the row where the
software package is located to download the corresponding .p7s signature
file.
Procedure
Step 1 In the navigation pane, choose > Device Software Management > Software
Packages.
Step 2 On the Software Package Management page, click Upload.
Step 3 In the Upload Software Package and Verification File dialog box, click .
Step 4 Set Software package and Verification file to be uploaded, and click Upload.

You can perform the following operations on the uploaded device software

Adding a Device
After a charging station is created, you can bind a new device to the station.
NOTE
● When a charging station is deleted, the devices in the charging station are also deleted.
In this case, the device password is restored to the preset password Modifyme_123 so
that the devices can connect to the system again.
● If the device password in the station is not restored to the preset password, the system
retains the random password for three months in the forcible deletion scenario.
Procedure

● Equipment monitoring engineer (Huawei): Perform routine device monitoring.
● Equipment operation engineer (Huawei): View and export device running
data, and analyze and handle device exceptions.
● Operations support engineer (Huawei): View device running data, and view
and export operation data.
Procedure
1. In the navigation pane, choose , and then choose Users Management >
Users List.
2. Click Invite Member.
3. In the dialog box that is displayed, enter the information about the invited
user and click OK.
NOTE
Other Operations
If the mobile number or email address does not match the invitation
information, or the invitation notification is not received, the administrator needs
to perform the following operations.

● Identity certificates are digital documents used to identify entities (including
users, computers, and services).
● Trust certificates are issued by trusted authorities to verify identity certificates.
● You are advised to use the x.509v3 device certificate.
● It is recommended that the validity period of the device certificate imported
to the system be longer than one year.
● The size of the identity certificate and trust certificate must be less than 50
KB. For details about the file types, see Table 9-10.
