20 mins 250g (1 block) Copha

Cook time: 180g packet Milk Chocolate M&M
5 mins 160g (4 cups) Rice Bubbles
Makes: 12 100g (1 cup) desiccated coconut
80g (⅔ cup) icing sugar mixture
35g (⅓ cup) cocoa powder

WHAT TO DO:
1. Line a 12-hole muffin pan (⅓ cup
capacity) with paper cases.
2. Ask an adult to help with this step!
Place Copha in a small saucepan
and stir over a low heat until
melted. Remove from heat. Let it
stand 10 minutes to cool slightly.
3. Reserve 2 tbsp of the M&M’s and
set aside. Combine Rice Bubbles,
coconut and combined sifted
sugar and cocoa in a large bowl.
Add in the melted Copha and
M&M’s and stir to combine.
4. Spoon crackle mixture evenly
among prepared paper cases.
Press reserved M&M’s on top of
each crackle. Refrigerate for at
least 1 hour or until set.
Tip Store crackles in an airtight
container the fridge for up to three
to four days.

Our PSSA soccer team was
short of a few players one
week, so I volunteered to play.
At one point I had the ball and
could hear people screaming
at me, so I continued to run
with the ball and kicked it into
the goal. I turned around to
celebrate with the team, only
to realise that I kicked the ball
into the other team's goal and
everyone had been yelling at me
cos I was going the wrong way!

Drinks are on me!
It was grandparents' day at
school, and my grandparents
couldn't come. So, Mum picked
up my sister and I from school
early and took us to a café. A few
people from my grade were there
with their grandparents. Just as
we were walking out of the café
with our drinks, my mum tripped
and spilt her chocolate frappé all
over me! Everyone stopped eating
and stared at me. It was hilarious,
but still really embarrassing!

The princess and the frog
I was in my princess era in Year
1. I wanted to become a princess
with a prince, so I wanted to kiss
a frog. We didn’t have frogs in my
area, but luckily I was going hiking
with my friends. We went, and I
finally found a frog. I was like, “Yes!
My chance to become a princess!”
and gave the frog a big old sloppy
kiss on the face. But I totally didn’t
realise there was a pool full of
people in front of me! To make it
worse, some of my classmates
were there!

1 Think about what you’d like to have on your
mugs and how they’ll connect. If you’re like us
and want to perfect your designs, sketch them
on paper first. We found that drawing rough lines
