Cairns Performing Arts Centre is searching for a dynamic Patron Services Coordinator to join our world-class team to manage CPAC & MMP Precinct Patron Services and Front of House Operations. As a key leader in the CPAC team, you will be instrumental in orchestrating unforgettable events for a multi-award- winning venues. Primary Objectives: • To manage CPAC & MMP Precinct Patron Services and Front of House Operations. • To provide a high level of compliance with legislative bodies across the Precinct including Food Management, Responsible Management of Licenced Venues and Workplace Health and Safety. • To Coordinate Patron Services and Front of House operations across CPAC and MMP precinct venues and events to ensure high level consistent standard of customer service is delivered.
