Requirement of Advocates / Law Firms for Empanelment to represent the Competition

Commission of India and Director General before various Courts and Tribunals.

A panel of Advocates / Law Firms for representing the Commission and DG before various
Courts and Tribunals is being constituted. Law Firms and Practising advocates are eligible for
empanelment.
The qualification, experience, schedule of fee, other terms and conditions and the proforma
application in which the application has to be made, have been prescribed for advocates by the
Competition Commission of India, New Delhi vide its Guidelines for empanelment of
advocates/ law firms for representing and assisting Competition Commission of India and the
Director General before various Courts/Tribunal etc., the same can be accessed at:

The applications can be submitted from 01.05.2024 till 31.05.2024 by 05:30 PM through the
following link: https://cci.gov.in/advocate/form

Important Notes:

i. The existing empanelled advocates/firms have to apply again in pursuance of this

notice as a new list of empanelled advocates/firms would be drawn.
ii. Advocates who have forwarded their applications/CVs to the Commission from
time to time for empanelment are requested to apply afresh in the requisite format
as per the Guidelines.

iii. The link to submit the applications will open on 01.05.2024.
