Integers – is the set of while numbers and

their opposites.
- are positive (+) and negative(-).
Ascending order
- is the one in which the numbers
are organized from lower value to
the higher value.
Descending order
- in which the numbers are
organized from higher to lower
value.
Comparing integers
- is just like whole numbers, can
use inequality symbols to show
ordering of integers. There are the
greater than (>), less than (<) and
equal (=).
Arranging integers
At the end of the lesson, the students should
be able to;
a. define what are integers;
b. arrange integers from ascending to
descending order and vice versa; and
c. solve problems involving comparing and
arranging integers.
