Probation

It is the period for building relationship and mutual understanding between the new
employee and organization.

 Every employee will be on probation for 6 months from the date of joining.
 During the probation period, probationer should be encouraged to learn
 While on probation, an employee should be reviewed on his/her learning capabilities,
ability to understand and adapt to Company’s systems & procedures and potential to
grow with the Company.
 No leave is permitted to Probationer.
 Normally, employee will be confirmed in writing after six month. However Probation
can be extended upto one year in some cases based on conduct and performance
review, etc.
 Probationer will be informed about his confirmation through a confirmation letter.

Promotion

Provide suitable career development opportunities at all levels.

We aim at creating our workforce with no employee without promotion in the past years.
Separation
Retirement age- The retirement age is 60 years for any employee. However the same may be relaxed
in case to case basis.

Resignation Notice: During the Probation period of the first six months One month’s notice is to be
given by the employee while submitting resignation by any employee. After probation two months’
written notice, or pay in lieu of such notice, to be given. The notice period may be varied as per the
designation of the employee.

Termination; The job of the employee may be terminated by the Employer by giving the other party
one month’s written notice or pay in lieu of such notice, however, the company has the complete
right to terminate employment in case of any misbehavior / non-performance / absconding for more
then 3 days with no liability.

Induction/Orientation
• All new employees will be provided orientation training to acquaint them with Company’s
systems, policy & procedures.

• All new employees will be inducted into their roles and introduced to the interfacing
team, customers, vendors, suppliers & other related agencies soon after orientation training .
Office Timing and Leave Policy
Operations:
 9 hours shift with 6 days in a week and Office Timing is 9am to 9pm.
 HOD to decide the roster of the staff and HR executive to maintain the
attendance of every staff accordingly and ensure that every staff must complete
their shift timing.
 18 days Earned leaves (EL) are allowed during the Calendar Year (No separate
leaves like Sick or Casual leave) will be allowed.
 We encourage Staff to reach atleast 15 mins prior to the shift time, any 3 late
arrivals more than 15 mins from the shift timing will be considered as 1 leave and
adjusted from the Salary.
 If an employee leaves early or reports late for more than 2 hours twice in a
month, half-day leave will be deduced.
 Employee can carry forward their leave for next year up to 13 leaves or will be
paid incase employee leave the Organisation after a year(Note : Before One year
of Completion, this clause is not applicable).
 Lunch break: 30 mins between 1.00 PM to 2:00 PM

Attendance System
 Biometric attendance of all resources are compulsory in Morning (IN) time and
Evening
(Out) Time. If attendance of any employee is found open (not marked on one side), it
will be counted as half day absence.
 In case of non-marking of attendance due to technical problem in the Biometrics
System, or due to visit for some work/ other offices, the same may be intimated b the
employee to the HR executive
 Delayed arrival on regular basis will attract punitive actions.
 In case of delay or absence due to emergency/ genuine problem, same may be
intimated to the HR in advance.
 Non-intimation of absence or delay will be viewed seriously.

Salary and Wage Policy


 HR to open a Salary Account with ICICI/YES Bank, if any employee has already have account in
same Bank’s then it will be converted to salaried account
 The account is a Zero Balance account.
 The employee need to submit the necessary documents as required by the bank for opening
of account.
 ATM/Debit Card+ other items as a kit.
 Salary will be released on every 7th working day of the month, for more queries contact
HR/Manager.

Other Reimbursement/s

 Bills Reimbursement as per actual to be submitted to the accounts with prior


approval and no later than 3 days of the expense.
 Monthly reimbursement of any bill duly approved by the competent authority to be
submitted to the Accounts Department.
 Pay slip will be issued on demand.

Performance Management/ Stages and Career Growth


The performance of the employees will be reviewed by the Head of the Department on MOM basis
Standard to be set to mark the performance in the form of SOC (Station Observation Checklist)
Deviation if any, to be brought in the knowledge of Management
Employee to be warned in case the performance is not upto the mark with the verbal and Written
Communications incase of no change observed, strict action would be taken.
There are ample opportunities at different stages for career Growth, through IJP’s (Internal Job
Promotions) measured on the parameters of Intellectual and practical knowledge.
The employee to conversant with the stages of his/her Career Growth
Rewards and Recognition
 Various rewards to be offered to the employees in case of achieving the targets or on the
grounds of Performance – Star of the Month, Cash Prize, Trips etc.

 Incentive Program: The incentive will be offered to employees on the achievement of Targets
as set by the Management time to time.
