16:50-Simulated, vessel experiencing heavy weather. Vessel was continuously pounding and Pitching, Forward
Bosun store high level alam activated on the bridge. Duty Officer raised the Emergency alarm and_ called the
Master. Vessel’s position fixed, EML-O7 activated.
:52-Crew mustered, Head count taken and crew was briefed about the situation. Master assessed weather and
altered course. Vessel was brought to Manoeuvring on reverse, VHF ST on ch 16/70
16:54-Electrical power supply stopped in
arca. Vessel's stability calculated by CH/OFF
16:56-Three-man team sent to BOSUN (FORECASTLE) Store by
using all appropriate PPE for safe access and
inspecting Forward store.
17:00- Reported by emergency team that the STBD anchor fluke had breached the ships side hull and water
was
entering the store.
17:04-Relevant authorities were notified( simulated). Commenced
pumping out of water from FPK Ballast tank
(simulated). Vessel proceeding to a port of refuge repairs. for
17:08-

de-berried completed. Emphasized the importance of strict adherence of appropriate emergency procedures
