Primavera Advanced:
The course helps participants design, develop, and maintain detailed resource--loaded schedules;
modify project schedules and or integrate multiple project schedules. The participants are trained to
create time--phased budgets to specific contract tasks and/or statements of work; provide the basis to
capture work progress assessments against the baseline plan.
The course equips participants to provide necessary administrative support to project management
teams; to set user privileges; to rout contracts and change orders; to reconcile billings and invoices;
distribute necessary documents to appropriate teams, among others.
The participants will also be trained in organizing projects, people, and work using Organizational
Breakdown Structure (OBS) and Enterprise Project Structure (EPS).
CERTIFICATIONS:
To obtain PMP certification, a project manager must meet certain requirements and then pass a
180--question exam. The PMP exam was created by project leaders for project leaders, so each test
question can be related to real--life project management experiences.
