Professional Profile

I have total experience of around 5 years in the SAP HR domain. During this tenure, I have worked in two
Implementations and one Support & Enhancement project in SAP HR.

I have good client facing experience and the ability to facilitate business discussions and interactions with
the client. I have studied and analysed the existing business scenarios and processes and provided
suitable solutions to add effectiveness to client’s human resources system. I have in-depth exposure to
SAP implementation cycle.

Additionally, I have enriched my knowledge base with experience in various SAP HR modules, like:

About Client: Cairn India is a leading player in the Indian Oil & Gas industry. Cairn India is now one of
the biggest private exploration and production companies currently operating in the region.

Role: Functional Consultant – PA, OM, PMS, Travel Management.

Responsibilities: Manage to stabilize and consistently deliver client requirements with regards to the HR
module.
 Expertise in handling HIGH priority tickets at Client Location. This requires urgent analysis of
master data in SAP and resolution required henceforth for successful resolution of the issue.
 Providing production support and handling issue resolution for various SAP HR modules, like:
Personnel Administration, Organization Management, Performance Management, Travel
Management, Time Management, and Claims & Reimbursement.
 Coordinate within the team for timely and speedy resolution of support issues.
 Facilitate business discussions and direct interaction with the client, in order to gain consensus
and support for their various requirements.
 Interact with Business core group members to understand business processes and requirements.
 Analyze the impact of various change requests and implemented them within timelines.
 Configuration & development of numerous functionalities (ESS & R/3), Reports, Enhancements

 Conduct testing and prepare unit test scripts of various developments.

Responsibilities: As part of the offshore implementation team, I worked on LSO (Learning Solutions)
module.

About Client: BHEL is the largest engineering and manufacturing enterprise in India in the energy-
related and infrastructure sector.

Responsibilities: As part of the implementation team, I worked on PA, LSO and Travel Management
modules.
 Understanding the scope of project, client requirements, and designing of AS IS and TO BE
processes.
 Suggesting possible process improvements to the client.
