PRESENTACION

My name is Israel Barros, I am 21 years old, My favorite color is black. My favorite food is
noodle soup, my favorite singer is canserbero. In my free time I train Muay Thai, I study surgical
instrumentation at the Libertad Institute and I am in the fourth semester to get to the institute I
take the metro because I live south of Quito in the Ajavi neighborhood.

RUTINA DIARIA

I get up at 5 in the morning, I have breakfast, I bathe, I brush my teeth and I take the bus to go study. In
the afternoon

I return to my house by subway, I have lunch and I do homework. At night I brush my teeth, I play video
games and I sleep.

QUE HAY EN TU CUARTO

In my room I have a bed, I have a desk, I have a TV, I have a chair and I have a closet.

DIETA

For breakfast I have a glass of milk with a piece of bread and a boiled egg.

For lunch I eat a portion of rice with a piece of meat.

For dinner I have a cup of coffee with a piece of bread.

Cuantas veces tomas agua al dia:

I try to drink a lot of water every day, probably around 8 glasses a day.

Cuantas horas estudias I normally study from Monday to Friday from 7 in the morning until
1 in the afternoon

Last night: I watched a movie with my family.

Tomorrow I will go to practice at a clinic and return my home in the bus.

Tonight: I’m going to cook a homemade lasagna for dinner.

This weekend: I’m going to visit the local art museum with my friends.

Next week: I’m going to start learning a new language online.

After class: I’m going to meet up with my study group to review for the upcoming exam.

I am studying surgical instrumentation because I am passionate about helping

others and this field allows me to have a positive impact people’s lives.

Describe una experiencia

A memorable experience in my life was when I went to Colombia last summer. First I flew to
Barranquilla and explored the city for a few days. Then I took a bus to Bogotá, where I visited
the city and ate a lot. After that, visit tourist places. Then I returned home by bus.

Persona que mas admires

The person I admire the most is my grandmother. She has always been a source of strength and wisdom
in our family. Growing up, she worked tirelessly to support her children and grandchildren. She taught
me valuable life lessons about kindness, perseverance, and the importance of family. Despite facing
challenges, she always remains optimistic and continues to inspire me with her resilience. Her
selflessness and love for others make her not only my role model, but also someone I deeply admire.
