pacing) or slowed movements and speech (actions observable
by others)

• Take safety measures but not too much
• Take care of your body – eat, sleep & exercise
• Take care of your emotional health – engage yourself in other
activities or your hobby or have a new hobby
• Can practice deep breathing, meditation..
• Do not indulge bad practices e.g. addictions..
• Socialize virtually, stay connected
• Try to work out solutions and possible alternatives to solve
issues at hand
