The new CP2000 Power Amplifier is designed to deliver high output power with
efficient operation. Maximum power output is 2000 watts into a 4 ohm load
(bridged). 1000 watts per channel is available at 2 ohms. 4 ohm operation yields
650 watts per channel, and 450 watts per channel at 8 ohms.
EEEngine technology, a Yamaha exclusive, allows the CP2000 to deliver high
output while keeping power consumption to a minimum for cool, efficient
operation.
Another Yamaha exclusive, YSP (Yamaha Speaker Processing) was incorporated
to enhance performance when used with Yamaha’s Club Series loudspeakers.
When used with either the S112IV or the S115IV, enhanced bass response and
smooth high frequency can be achieved.
