Dear Adamson,

CONTRACT OF EMPLOYMENT
Following your application and subsequent interview, we are pleased to offer you temporary employment as a
Driver with effect from Monday, 21st March 2024. You will report to the CEO of AKOD PHARMACY
under the following terms and conditions:

REMUNERATION
- You will be paid the sum of Eighty Thousand Naira only (N960, 000.00) per annum. Please note that
payment of your remuneration will by the client via direct transfer to your account, you are also expected to
keep the vehicles in good condition and free from damages.

- The firm will deduct PAYE from employee salary in accordance with the applicable Nigerian Tax Laws and
remit it to the appropriate Tax Authority.

HOURS OF WORK
Mondays to Saturday - 8.00am to 7.00pm
Break - One (1) hour break period
LOCATION
You will resume at the Client location at; Number 19, Okunola Street Ijeshatedo Surulere by 8am, and initially
report to the CEO on your starting date for induction. This notwithstanding, it is a condition of this offer
that you will be prepared to work in any part of the country and in whatever capacity the client will from time
to time determine.

DURATION / REVIEW OF PERFORMANCE

The contract will run for a period of Twenty – Four (24) months and afterward your performance will be
reviewed and contract status determined subject to completion of documentation.

TERMINATION
During the period, either party may terminate the appointment by giving Two (2) weeks’ notice in writing or
payment in lieu of notice without any reason. The company reserves the right to terminate your appointment
immediately without any notice if you are considered guilty of dishonesty, misconduct, gross insubordination,
or in any way place the company’s business in jeopardy.

OBLIGATION
You will be expected to use your best endeavors to promote the interest of the Company in every possible
way and to carry out all reasonable orders, instructions and requests made by the client on behalf of the
Company.

We hope you will find this offer acceptable and we would be pleased if you would sign and return the
endorsed copy as your agreement with the terms of the offer.
