NOTE:

1. Terms of Payment: 100% Upon completion of work within thirty (30) working days.

2. Down – Payment is non-refundable upon Buyer’s acceptance of this offer.

3. E-VAT: Inclusive.

4. Delivery Time: Within 21 - 30 Working days excluding Saturday’s, Sunday’s and declared local
holiday’s and at principal site, upon received of Purchased order or down payment.

5. Installation: 5 to 10 days Installation of parts

6. Warranty: Ninety (90) days against faulty workmanship and materials from time of delivery of
material at site.

7. Validity of Offer: 7 Days from the date of Offer.

8. Ownership of the supplied Materials shall only pass on to the Customer until InfiniAccess
(IBCORP) is able to receive and confirm full payment from the customer covering the supplied
materials and/or contracted labor.
