officer/contractor, responsible for executing the
works shall be available to contact, when necessary,
particularly in case of emergency.
4. All employees shall bear residency permits as per
the State's systems and regulations.
5. The civil ID card of the engineer or the officer
responsible for the work site and approved with the
company/contractor shall be submitted, so that it
shall be the sole person in charge of the actions and
violations of its employees/subcontractors.
6. Entry, exit and admission of goods and equipment
with all its types shall be strictly prohibited except
through the gates designated by the facility
management.
7. The civil ID cards of the employees of the
company/ contractor shall be handed over to the
security room at the gates designated by the
facility's management.
8. All cars and transportation vehicles shall fulfil all
applicable traffic department regulations and
systems.
9. It's prohibited to employ employees not
registered on the company's/contractor's
sponsorship; and in case of subcontracting, such
conditions shall be applied to the subcontractor.

10. It's prohibited to keep or store the flammable
materials inside the workplace or the public areas of
the facility.
‫ اﻟﻤﻘﺎول إﺻﻼح اﻟﺨﻄﺄ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻔﻮر وﺑﺸﻜﻞ‬/ ‫ ﻳﺠﺐ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﺸﺮﻛﺔ‬.14
11. It's prohibited to use temporary electrical outlets
without closet outlets; and in case bare wires have
been found, electrical power supply will be
disconnected.
12. The workers of the company, contractor, and its
representative shall not have food and drinks in the
public places of the facility or smoke within the
workplace or the buildings of the facility.
13. The company/contractor shall immediately notify
the supervisor appointed by the facility
management with any default or damage caused
within its place of work; and security and safety
personnel shall be called when necessary.
14. The company/contractor shall immediately and
correctly fix a fault pursuant to applicable technical
principles under the supervision of the supervising
authority appointed by the facility management.

‫ﺑﺤﻴﺚ ﻳﻜﻮن اﻟﺸﺨﺺ اﻟﻮﺣﻴﺪ اﻟﻤﺴﺆول ﻋﻦ أﻓﻌﺎل واﻧﺘﻬﺎﻛﺎت‬
.‫ ﻣﻘﺎوﻟﻴﻬﺎ ﻣﻦ اﻟﺒﺎﻃﻦ‬/ ‫ﻣﻮﻇﻔﻴﻬﺎ‬
‫ ﻳﻤﻨﻊ ﻣﻨﻌﺎ ﺑﺎﺗﺎ دﺧﻮل وﺧﺮوج ودﺧﻮل اﻟﺒﻀﺎﺋﻊ واﻟﻤﻌﺪات ﺑﺠﻤﻴﻊ‬.6

.‫ﻏﺮﻓﺔ اﻷﻣﻦ ﻋﻨﺪ اﻟﺒﻮاﺑﺎت اﻟﺘﻲ ﺗﺤﺪدﻫﺎ إدارة اﻟﻤﻨﺸﺄة‬
‫ ﻳﺠﺐ أن ﺗﺴﺘﻮﻓﻲ ﺟﻤﻴﻊ اﻟﺴﻴﺎرات وﻣﺮﻛﺒﺎت اﻟﻨﻘﻞ ﺟﻤﻴﻊ ﻟﻮاﺋﺢ‬.8

‫ ﻳﺠﺐ ﺗﻄﺒﻴﻖ ﻫﺬه‬، ‫ وﻓﻲ ﺣﺎﻟﺔ اﻟﺘﻌﺎﻗﺪ ﻣﻦ اﻟﺒﺎﻃﻦ‬.‫اﻟﻤﻘﺎول‬
.‫اﻟﺸﺮوط ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻤﻘﺎول ﻣﻦ اﻟﺒﺎﻃﻦ‬
‫ ﻳﺤﻈﺮ اﻻﺣﺘﻔﺎظ ﺑﺎﻟﻤﻮاد اﻟﻘﺎﺑﻠﺔ ﻟﻼﺷﺘﻌﺎل أو ﺗﺨﺰﻳﻨﻬﺎ داﺧﻞ‬.10
.‫ﻣﻜﺎن اﻟﻌﻤﻞ أو اﻷﻣﺎﻛﻦ اﻟﻌﺎﻣﺔ ﺑﺎﻟﻤﻨﺸﺄة‬
.‫ ﻳﺤﻈﺮ اﺳﺘﺨﺪام ﻣﺂﺧﺬ ﻛﻬﺮﺑﺎﺋﻴﺔ ﻣﺆﻗﺘﺔ ﺑﺪون ﻣﻨﺎﻓﺬ ﻟﻠﺨﺰاﻧﺔ‬.11
‫ ﺳﻴﺘﻢ ﻓﺼﻞ ﻣﺼﺪر اﻟﻄﺎﻗﺔ‬، ‫وﻓﻲ ﺣﺎﻟﺔ اﻟﻌﺜﻮر ﻋﻠﻰ أﺳﻼك ﻋﺎرﻳﺔ‬
.‫اﻟﻜﻬﺮﺑﺎﺋﻴﺔ‬
‫ أﻻ ﻳﻜﻮن ﻟﻌﻤﺎل اﻟﺸﺮﻛﺔ واﻟﻤﻘﺎول وﻣﻤﺜﻠﻬﺎ أﻏﺬﻳﺔ وﻣﺸﺮوﺑﺎت‬.12
‫ﻓﻲ اﻷﻣﺎﻛﻦ اﻟﻌﺎﻣﺔ ﺑﺎﻟﻤﻨﺸﺄة أو دﺧﺎن داﺧﻞ ﻣﻜﺎن اﻟﻌﻤﻞ أو ﻣﺒﺎﻧﻲ‬
.‫اﻟﻤﻨﺸﺄة‬
‫إدارة اﻟﻤﻨﺸﺄة ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻔﻮر ﺑﺄي ﺗﻘﺼﻴﺮ أو ﺿﺮر ﻳﺤﺪث ﻓﻲ ﻣﻜﺎن‬
.‫ وﻳﺘﻢ اﺳﺘﺪﻋﺎء ﻣﻮﻇﻔﻲ اﻷﻣﻦ واﻟﺴﻼﻣﺔ ﻋﻨﺪ اﻟﻀﺮورة‬.‫ﻋﻤﻠﻪ‬
‫ﺻﺤﻴﺢ وﻓﻘًﺎ ﻟﻠﻤﺒﺎدئ اﻟﻔﻨﻴﺔ اﻟﻤﻌﻤﻮل ﺑﻬﺎ ﺗﺤﺖ إﺷﺮاف اﻟﺴﻠﻄﺔ‬
.‫اﻹﺷﺮاﻓﻴﺔ اﻟﻤﻌﻴﻨﺔ ﻣﻦ ﻗﺒﻞ إدارة اﻟﻤﻨﺸﺄة‬
‫ اﻟﻤﻘﺎول إﺻﻼح ﺟﻤﻴﻊ اﻷﺿﺮار اﻟﻤﺎدﻳﺔ‬/ ‫ ﻳﺠﺐ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﺸﺮﻛﺔ‬.15
‫ﻀﺎ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻤﻈﻬﺮ‬ً ‫ وﻳﺠﺐ أن ﺗﺤﺎﻓﻆ أﻳ‬.‫ﻋﻠﻰ ﺣﺴﺎﺑﻬﺎ ﻋﻨﺪ ﺣﺪوﺛﻬﺎ‬
.‫اﻟﻌﺎم ﻟﻜﻞ ﻣﻦ ﻣﻜﺎن اﻟﻌﻤﻞ واﻟﻤﻨﺸﺄة‬
‫ اﻟﻤﻘﺎول ﺑﻨﻘﻞ ﻣﺨﻠﻔﺎت اﻟﻌﻤﻞ وﻣﺨﻠﻔﺎﺗﻪ ﻓﻮر‬/ ‫ ﺗﻠﺘﺰم اﻟﺸﺮﻛﺔ‬.16
.‫اﻻﻧﺘﻬﺎء ﻣﻦ اﻟﻌﻤﻞ واﻟﺘﺨﻠﺺ ﻣﻨﻬﺎ ﺧﺎرج ﺣﺪود اﻟﻤﻨﺸﺄة‬
‫ اﻟﻤﻘﺎول ﺣﺠﺰ وﺗﺴﻮﻳﺔ ﻣﺪﻓﻮﻋﺎت اﻟﻘﻔﺰة‬/ ‫ ﻳﺠﺐ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﺸﺮﻛﺔ‬.17
‫اﻟﻤﻔﺘﻮﺣﺔ ﻟﺠﻤﻊ اﻟﻨﻔﺎﻳﺎت اﻟﻤﺘﻮﻟﺪة واﻟﺘﺨﻠﺺ ﻣﻨﻬﺎ ﻗﺒﻞ ﺗﻨﻔﻴﺬ اﻟﻌﻤﻞ‬
.‫ﺑﺎﻟﺘﻨﺴﻴﻖ ﻣﻊ إدارة اﻟﻤﺮاﻓﻖ‬
:‫ ﻳﻠﺘﺰم اﻟﻤﻘﺎول ﺑﺘﻌﻠﻴﻤﺎت اﻟﺴﻼﻣﺔ ﻣﻦ ﺣﻴﺚ ﻣﺎ ﻳﻠﻲ‬- 18
.‫• اﺳﺘﺨﺪام ﻋﻼﻣﺔ إرﺷﺎدﻳﺔ ﻟﺘﺤﺪﻳﺪ أﻣﺎﻛﻦ اﻟﻌﻤﻞ‬
.‫• ﺗﻮﻓﻴﺮ ﻃﻔﺎﻳﺎت ﺣﺮﻳﻖ ﺑﻤﻘﺮ اﻟﻌﻤﻞ داﺧﻞ اﻟﻤﻮﻗﻊ‬
‫• ﻳﺠﺐ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﺠﻬﺎت اﻟﻤﻌﻨﻴﺔ ﻣﺮاﻗﺒﺔ أﻣﺎﻛﻦ اﻟﻌﻤﻞ ﺑﺸﻜﻞ ﻣﺴﺘﻤﺮ‬
.‫واﻟﺘﺤﻘﻖ ﻣﻦ ﺗﻮﻓﺮ ﻣﻌﺪات اﻟﺴﻼﻣﺔ ﺣﺴﺐ اﻟﺘﻌﻠﻴﻤﺎت اﻟﻤﻌﻤﻮل ﺑﻬﺎ‬

15. The company/contractor shall fix all material
damages at the expenses of the same upon
occurrence thereof; and shall also maintain the
public appearance of both the workplace and the
facility.
16. The company/contractor shall move the waste
and debris of work immediately after finishing work
and disposing of the same outside the borders of the
facility.
17. The company/contractor shall reserve and settle
the payment of an open skip for the collection and
disposal of generated waste prior to work execution
in coordination with Facilities Management
Department.
18. The contractor shall adhere to the safety
instructions in terms of the following:
‫• ﻳﺠﺐ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻤﻘﺎول ﺗﻮﻓﻴﺮ ﻣﻌﺪات اﻟﺴﻼﻣﺔ وإﻟﺰام ﻣﻮﻇﻔﻴﻪ‬
.‫ﺑﺎﺳﺘﺨﺪاﻣﻬﺎ ﻣﺜﻞ اﻷﺣﺬﻳﺔ واﻟﻨﻈﺎرات اﻟﻮاﻗﻴﺔ واﻟﺨﻮذات واﻟﻜﻤﺎﻣﺎت‬
.‫• اﻟﺘﺤﻘﻖ ﻣﻦ ﺗﻌﻠﻴﻖ ﺷﺮاﺋﻂ اﻟﺘﺤﺬﻳﺮ ﻟﻠﻤﻨﺎﻃﻖ اﻟﺨﻄﺮة‬
‫ ﻳﺤﻖ ﻹدارة اﻟﻤﻨﺸﺄة وﻗﻒ ﺗﻨﻔﻴﺬ اﻷﻋﻤﺎل إذا ﺧﺎﻟﻒ اﻟﻤﻘﺎول‬.19
.‫اﻟﻘﻮاﻋﺪ اﻟﻌﺎﻣﺔ أو اﻟﺘﻌﻠﻴﻤﺎت اﻟﻤﺬﻛﻮرة أﻋﻼه أو ﻓﻲ ﺣﺎﻟﺔ اﻟﻄﻮارئ‬
‫ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﺠﻬﺔ اﻟﻤﺸﺮﻓﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻤﺸﺮوع وﺿﻊ ﺗﻌﻠﻴﻤﺎﺗﻬﺎ وإرﺷﺎداﺗﻬﺎ‬-20
‫اﻟﺨﺎﺻﺔ ﺑﺎﻟﺴﻼﻣﺔ واﻷﻣﻦ وﺗﺰوﻳﺪ اﻹدارة اﻟﻌﺎﻣﺔ ﻟﻸﻣﻦ واﻟﺴﻼﻣﺔ‬
.‫ اﻟﻤﻘﺎول اﻻﻟﺘﺰام ﺑﺬﻟﻚ‬/ ‫ وﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﺸﺮﻛﺔ‬.‫ﺑﻨﺴﺨﺔ ﻣﻨﻬﺎ‬
‫ اﻟﻤﻘﺎول ﻛﺎﻣﻞ اﻟﻤﺴﺆوﻟﻴﺔ اﻟﻘﺎﻧﻮﻧﻴﺔ واﻟﻤﺎدﻳﺔ‬/ ‫ ﺗﺘﺤﻤﻞ اﻟﺸﺮﻛﺔ‬.21
‫واﻟﻤﻌﻨﻮﻳﺔ إذا ﺧﺎﻟﻔﺖ اﻟﻘﻮاﻋﺪ واﻷﻧﻈﻤﺔ اﻟﺤﻜﻮﻣﻴﺔ اﻟﺘﻲ ﺗﻀﻌﻬﺎ‬
.‫اﻟﺠﻬﺎت اﻟﺤﻜﻮﻣﻴﺔ اﻟﻤﺨﺘﺼﺔ‬
.‫ ﺗﻠﻐﻰ اﻟﺘﺼﺎرﻳﺢ اﻟﺴﺎﺑﻘﺔ اﻟﻤﺨﺎﻟﻔﺔ ﻟﻤﺎ ورد أﻋﻼه‬.22

• Providing fire extinguishers at the workplace

• The concerned authorities shall continuously

monitor the workplaces and verify the availability of
safety equipment as per the applicable instructions. ‫ اﻟﺼﺤﺔ واﻟﺴﻼﻣﺔ‬:‫ﻗﺎﺋﻤﺔ اﻟﺘﺤﻘﻖ اﻟﻮﻗﺎﺋﻴﺔ‬

• The contractor shall provide safety equipment and
oblige its employees to use the same such as shoes,
goggles, helmets and muzzles.
• Verifying hanging warning tapes for dangerous
areas.

19. The facility's management shall have the right to .‫ اﻹﺿﺎءة واﻟﺘﻬﻮﻳﺔ اﻟﻜﺎﻓﻴﻴﻦ‬.3
suspend execution of the works if the contractor has

Required Precaution Checklist: -

1. Hot work must cease at least one hour before

work ends.

2. Smoke detectors must be isolated in the vicinity

of any hot work.

3. Adequate illumination and ventilation.

4. Availability of suitable fire extinguisher, fire

blanket, first aid kit and drum of water.

5. Ensure that the proper PPE is provided and worn

by operatives.

6. All equipment used are safe and well maintained.

7. Valves and hoses must be in good condition.

8. All cylinders are safe, suitably secured and have

flashback arrestors fitted.

9.Welding equipment shall comply with current

standards and are properly maintained.

10.Combustible materials and supplies moved at

least 35 feet away from hot work location.

11. Ensure satisfactory access to and egress from

the work area.

12. Wall and floor openings (windows etc.) within 35

feet from hot work location are covered.

13. One-hour fire watch after job completion.
