Dear Palak,
We are pleased to offer you the opportunity as a Research Intern at ReGraduate
India. We believe that your skills and experience make you an excellent fit for our
company, and we are excited to have you join our team.

Your internship with ReGraduate will commence from 15th July 2024 to 15th
October 2024. This is a three (3)-month internship program, and you will report
directly to the Research Team. The terms and conditions of your employment are
as follows:

Position and Responsibilities:

Your position will be Research Intern. Your primary responsibilities will include
assisting with day-to-day research activities, analyzing data, communicating
research findings effectively, and providing support in reporting.

Stipend:
You will receive a monthly stipend of INR 18,000.

Completion Certificate:
You will be awarded a Certificate of Completion only upon the successful
completion of your 3 months of internship program.

Posting:
This is a remote internship.

Responsibilities & Duties:

Your work in the organization will be subject to the rules and regulations of the
organization as laid down concerning conduct, discipline, and other matters. You
will always be available for the responsibilities and duties attached to the office
and conduct yourself accordingly. You must effectively perform to ensure results.

Past Records:
If any declaration given, or information furnished by you, to the company proves to
be false, or if you are found to have willfully suppressed any material information,
in such cases, you will be liable to removal from services without any notice.

Confidentiality:
a. As an intern of ReGraduate, you will have access to some of the proprietary
information related to the business, operations, processes, trade secrets, and other
proprietary information of ReGraduate. You are required to maintain strict
confidentiality and not disclose any confidential information to any third party,
during and after your internship with the company.
b. You will not disclose, reproduce, distribute, or use any Confidential Information
for any purpose other than your duties with ReGraduate.

c. Upon the completion of your internship with ReGraduate, or at any time

upon the company's request, you agree to promptly return all materials
containing or representing Confidential Information, including any copies or
notes, whether in physical or electronic form.
d. Your obligation to maintain the confidentiality of the Confidential
Information continues beyond the termination of your internship.

Code of Conduct:
You are expected to adhere to the ReGraduate code of conduct and policies,
which will be provided to you. Any violation of these policies may result in
disciplinary action, including termination.

Medical Fitness:
This appointment is subject to your being, and remaining, medically fit.

Termination:
a. Unauthorized absence or absence without permission from duty for a
continuous period of two working days would make you lose your lien on the
internship. In such a case, your internship shall automatically come to an end
without any notice.
b. If it is detected that the information furnished by you in your application is
misstated or is unstated or the document submitted by you is incorrect, in
such a case, ReGraduate shall, at its sole discretion, be entitled to forthwith
terminate your internship and/or revoke your appointment with ReGraduate,
without further reference in the matter.

of the terms and conditions outlined above.By signing this letter, you
acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and
conditions of your internship with ReGraduate.
