VOLUNTEER ACTIVITY REFLECTION

For those without any experience in any volunteering work, you will need to interview TWO (2)
individuals who have experience in being a volunteer before. The individual can be anyone, either
those that you know personally or not. After interviewing the volunteers, use the information that you
have to complete the reflection below:

#1: NAME OF INTERVIEWEE

Share in the form of an essay the experiences of your interviewee engaging in volunteer activities that
they have been involved in before. Include in your reflection on the following:

• Background of the interviewee. Name, career, family background and duration of


involvement in volunteerism.
• Explain the activity. What? When? Where? Who organized the event? Activity
objectives?
• State the benefits and importance of the activity to the interviewee
• State the impact of the activity to the interviewee
• State the impact of the activity on the community / target audience
• State improvements / activity suggestions that need to be made
• Discuss your own insights to the importance and impacts of the volunteering activity.
• Give personal ideas on improvements and suggestions that can be done.
• Include pictures as proof of the activity being implemented (2 minimum)
• Include in a picture as proof of the interview

#2: NAME OF INTERVIEWEE

Include in a picture as proof of the interview

Your writing must be in Font 11, spacing 1.5. Each reflection write-up must be a minimum of 2 pages
and a maximum of 4 pages (excluding pictures). Pictures can be included at the end of the writing for
each Reflection.
