DT Resources Letter

This year your child will participate in 5 different Design Technology provisions in school. The technology department
has supplied students with all materials/ ingredients for DT lessons in return for a one-off contribution by parents.

This scheme has ensured all students fully engage in all design technology practical lessons including food and
reduces the need for pupils to source their own resources and ingredients. Please ensure that the Academy is aware
of any allergies your child has.

The school will purchase all essential equipment and resources required on your child’s behalf.

The cost of the resources required for each student to fully participate in the enriched and improved technology
curriculum will be £20.00 for the current academic year and can be paid via the My Child at School app.

We are offering two payment options:

• Option 1: - The full amount of £20.00 is required to be paid by October half term on the My Child at School
app.

• Option 2: The £20.00 paid by instalments (from as little as £1) on the My Child at School app.
