MINUTES OF THE MEETING ON RECONCILIATION OF ACCOUNTS OF THE

GENERAL ELECTION TO THE HOUSE OF THE PEOPLE, 2024.

The meeting was convened by Pu Mark Lalthanliana, Deputy

Commissioner, Aizawl. At the outset, the Deputy Commissioner welcomed all the
participants and thanked them on their participation for the successful conduct of the
Lok Sabha Election, 2024. Mr. Arvind Sharma, Expenditure Observer also briefly
explained why the reconciliation meeting was convened, and highlighted the
requirements for submission of accounts to the Election Commission of India.

The reconciliation was carried out successfully and all the Expenditure
Agents accepted the expenditures recorded in the Shadow Observation Registers and
reflected them in their accounts accordingly.
