NOTICE

One day facilitation training programme on submission of

accounts of election expenditure for all contesting candidates/expenditure
agents under 1-Mizoram (ST) Parliamentary Constituency is hereby scheduled
to be held on June 28, 2024 (Friday) (10.00AM) at DC Conference Hall.

The following officials in respect of I-Mizoram (ST) Parliamentary

Constituency are informed to make it convenient to be present during the
facilitation training programme
1. Contesting candidates or their authorized Expenditure Agents.
They are informed to bring (a) Register of day to day accounts,
(b) Cash register, (c) Bank register, (d) Part I, II, III and IV of
Abstract Statement of Election Expenses (e) Schedules 1 to 11
of Details of Election Funds and Expenditure of Candidates,
and (I) updated bank passbook or updated bank statement of
the separate bank account with all supporting vouchers in
original and duplicate.
2. Assistant Expenditure Observers concerned in Aizawl district.
3. Accounting Teams concerned in Aizawl district. They are informed
to bring the duly filled up Shadow Observation Registers and
Folder of Evidence of all contesting candidates.
