 • Check in time start at 14:00 and check out time is 12:00. Early check in late check out are subject to
availability and additional charge might be applied.
• Early departure or extended stay should be informed to The Hotel by the latest one day before and
will be subject to availability. Full charge of 100% original booking is applied for early departure
request, and The Hotel reserves the right to close the agreed rate for extension stay during Hotel
high demand period.
• Any cancellation must be received to The Hotel or Reservation Office via email, 24hrs priode to
arrival, a cancelation fee equal to 1 (one) night stay will be imposed .
• Any “No Show” of guaranteed bookings are subject to one 1 (one) night stay charge of total nights
booked at The Hotel.

Securities
In order to ensure our guests and their belonging safety and security, Hotel has CCTV facilities inside the
meeting rooms. CCTV facilities could be non-active with the agreement before the event.
