EXCERPTS MINUTES OF THE MONTHLY REGULAR SESSION OF SANGGUNIANG

KABATAAN OF BARANGAY AGAN-AN, SIBULAN, NEGROS ORIENTAL HELD ON
DECEMBER 22, 2023 (FRIDAY) AT 8:00 O’CLOCK IN THE EVENING AT THE
BARANGAY SESSION HALL.

CALL TO ORDER:

The meeting is called to order by the Presiding Officer at exactly 8:00 P.M.

Roll Call:

The Secretary made a roll call and the quorum was declared by the Presiding
Officer. Call to order at 8:00 o’clock in the evening. Motion to approve the previous
minutes by Hon. Lizlie Baat seconded by Hon. Meliza Catapusan.

OPENING PRAYER

BUSINESS OF THE DAY

I. Assigning of Coaches for Inter-Barangay Tournament

Hon. Emmanuel B. Cacaldo mentioned the assigning of coaches in different sports

game for the incoming Inter-Barangay. He mentioned that Mr. Buscato will be the coach
for the Under 21 and Open category for basketball. And for the volleyball, the coach will
be Mr. Ator for both men and women category.

Hon. Joshua Opalla motion to approve and it was seconded by Hon. Jun Carlo Ruben.
 II. Schedule of Try-outs

1. Under- 21 category - 5:30 to 7:30 PM (December 28 - 29)

2. Open category - 7:30 to 9:30 PM (December 28 -29)
3. Women’s category for Volleyball - 6:30 - 9 PM (January 2)
4. Men’s category for Volleyball - 6:30 - 9 PM (Jan. 3)

There being no topic to be taken up, the meeting was adjourned at 10:0 pm on motions
of Hon. Lizlie Baat and duly seconded by Hon. Tania Joy Umbac.
