Dear Mr. Basysyar,

Subject: Quotation for Dassault Systemes CATIA V6 Package Software

We would like to thank you for your interest to our Dassault Systemes CATIA software, and as the follow up to our
conversations regarding your customer’s plan to purchase Dassault Systemes CATIA software, herewith we would
like to quote our price with the terms and condition as follows:

A. Dassault Systemes CATIA Software Price:

Note: Dassault Systemes CATIA Software package has included:

- Free maintenance (update & support), during the purchased period (YSC),
- CATIA Media (download from DS server),
- 5 (five) days End User basic training for 2 (two) persons,
- YSC is for 1 (one) year usage. After 1 (one) year usage, license will expire and cannot be
used anymore.

B. Terms and Conditions of the Quotation:

1. All prices are subject to VAT 11% from its unit price and prices are valid for 30 (thirty) days after the date
of this quotation.

2. Delivery time for software: maximum 2 (two) weeks after receipt of Purchase Order (P/O) and Down
Payment (DP) from Customer.

3. Terms of payments:

➢ 50% of total price, includes VAT 11%, should be paid within 1 (one) week after receipt of Purchase Order
(P/O) from Customer and our relevant invoice(s).
➢ 50% of total price, includes VAT 11%, should be paid within 1 (one) week after delivery of the purchased
software and receipt of our relevant invoice(s).

4. 1 (one) year (YSC) maintenance for the Dassault Systemes CATIA software, will be started from the
order loading date. During the maintenance period, Customer will get in free of charge: technical
support, new release / update (if any), and problem solving in operating the purchased Dassault
Systemes CATIA software.
 After the expiration of the usage period, 1 (one) year for YSC, then license will expire and cannot be
used anymore. If the Customer issues a new Purchase Order (PO) for the subsequent period of Yearly
Service Charge (YSC), then a new license will be generated accordingly.

5. Upon your agreement to this quotation, please kindly submit your Purchase Order (P/O) to:
