year class in SCIENCE STREAM at AJAN SANKAR SENIOR SECONDARY SCHOOL, Code No: 254160,
from DAWSON H S & M P SCHOOL, Code No: DAWSON H S & M P SCHOOL for the Academic Session
2023-24 with following subjects as given below-

FATHER'S NAME : MUZAMMIL HOQUE BHUYAN
MOTHER'S NAME : MERIJA BEGUM
REGISTRATION NO. : 255372 of 2023-24
SUBJECTS : ENGL, MASS, BIOL, CHEM, MATH, PHYS

The transfer certificate issued by the principal of the institution and the other relevant documents
including HS first year marksheet are to be verified by the principal of the admitting College/H S School/Sr.
Sec. School before admission is allowed.

The admission must be completed within ten (10) days from the date of issue of this order failing which
the order shall stand cancelled automatically.
