Subject :- Letter of Award for Operation of Green Power Generation with HYDROGEN

Dear Sir,

With respect to your offer of 24th June,2024 regarding your proposal for setting up a
Sustainable energy solutions to provide innovative and eco-friendly energy products that is both
cost-effective and reliable.

The supply of state – of – the art AEM based Water Electrolysers to produce Green Hydrogen. Your
own electrical power consumption of each cell stack. This significantly lowers our system and stack
power consumption.in house-built microprocessor for smart electronic management of the cell
stacks, hence optimising electrical power consumption of each cell stack. This significantly lowers
our system and stack power consumption.

We have examined the proposal in detail and would like to state that necessary approvals are being
sought from the competent authorities for implementation of the proposed project.

In the interim, we are pleased to announce that based on the proposal submitted the following may
be immediately commenced for operationalization by August ,2024

a) Hydrogen AEM Electrolyser

b) PEM Hydrogen Fuel Cell
c) Hydrogen Storage System
d) Compressor, Dryer & DM/DI Unit:
e) Solar PV Modules and other Various Components
f) Battery Energy Storage System (BESS)

It should be further noted that the following components should be part of the above mentioned
requirements.

1. The detailed plan blue print for installation and operation of all the components and its
related infrastructure shall be obtained prior to singing of the MOA .

2. All maintenance and its related costs of the above mentioned Hydrogen AEM Electrolyser
shall be borne by the company mentioned in MOU for a period of 5(FIVE) years
3. The details of PEM Hydrogen Fuel Cell proposed should be shared with AAI and should be
compatible with the Electrolyser which would be maintained by company mentioned in MOU

4. Regarding Solar PV Modules and other Various Components installation and commixing
along with maintained for a period of five years would be done by -- company mentioned in MOU

5. Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) will be installed and maintained by -- company
mentioned in MOU ---------------

6. All Operation of Green Power Generation with HYDROGEN, maintance and operational
functions of all the components above from (a) to (f) would be under the supervision of Mr Pritam
Mohrana.

7. The scope of the project including the price breakup is elaborated with in Annexure 1 which
is enclosed.

8. We would provide our personnel for providing onsite training for running and maintaining of
the Green Power Generation with HYDROGEN

9. In case there is a delay in structured payment Kranacx will not be responsible for the keeping
the time line of the project.

10. The payments will be released as follows

50% upon placement of order

30% upon delivery as per agreed terms
20% upon commissioning and commencement of operation

11. After submitting the copy of original INVOICE the payment will be released within 15-20
working Days .

You are requested to sign and return a copy of the letter of Award by no later than 7 working days.
The detailed implementation plan along with Terms and Conditions shall be included in the MOA
which shall be communicated at a later date.
