Dear Hiring Manager,

Becoming a successful business owner has always been a dream of mine, and I believe that
the real estate industry is the perfect first step toward achieving this goal. My interest in real
estate began eight years ago when my family moved out of our home of 13 years. During our
search for a new home, I became fascinated with the process of buying and selling properties,
and my passion for the industry has only grown since then.

I recently completed a 3-month workforce program at Hagerstown Community College,

dedicated to the essential skills and knowledge needed for success in the real estate industry.
For a total of 66 hours, 3 hours were dedicated to each topic, some of which included laws,
real estate financing, transfer of title, forms of interest, ethics, environmental hazards, types
of contracts, and property surveying, management, development, and appraisal. I have
maintained perfect attendance across all 22 class sessions, scored 96% and above on the
program’s exams, and passed my licensing exam on the first attempt. I am confident in
providing reliability, customer focus, and a strong work ethic to the brokerage and my team.

Many of my own values align with the WI4C2TS core values of Keller Williams. I believe in
a customer-centric approach by placing a strong emphasis on providing honesty, exceptional
service, actively listening to clients’ needs, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their
buying or selling process. I would love to learn, work, and grow alongside other agents and
the brokerage as a whole.

Thank you for taking the time to read my letter, I look forward to hearing back from you.

Sincerely,

Sheeth Mu’min.
