organize team-building exercises or outings every three months.
4. Spot bonuses are cash awards given for certain accomplishments, like hitting sales targets or,
in this case, player acquisition objectives.

5. Opportunities for Professional Development: Offering growth opportunities, such conferences
or training, to improve knowledge and abilities.
