For project Trinity, we had commi�ed our investors revenues of INR 2 crs. I collaborated with
mul�ple teams like Sales, Opera�ons, and Supply Chain, to ensure that we are on track for the
achievement. However, due to the pandemic, there was a shortage of raw materials.
I worked with various teams to ensure that there is no shor�all of inventory and we are able to
on-board new suppliers. This helped me deliver our commitment to our investors.

Thinks Big:
I was also able to design and implement a new structure in our Kosamba plant, that led to
reduc�on of wastage by 2% while produc�on of our goods.

Serves Customers, Displays humility:


In another situa�on, I have consistently been available to address our customer needs, also
reflected by my CSAT score of 93%. There have been numerous trainings conducted, and
avenues provided like Webinars, Chat any�me, social media, where I have corresponded to the
stakeholders promptly. This has helped me retain some of our major clients, as well as ensured
that our customer base keeps growing YoY through word of mouth.
I have also humbly shared all my materials with our team members, so that they too can
leverage the same and help build the customer sa�sfac�on.

equipped in understanding the nuances of the produc�on and supply chain.

Alice has demonstrated a high degree of confidence while answering customer ques�ons on
data valida�on processes, and ensures that all queries are addressed.

Commits and Delivers, Displays Humility:


Throughout the year, she has managed to deliver key projects like analy�cs dashboard, vendor
database integra�on, and O365 implementa�on, within the s�pulated �me, and has anchored
these projects along with mul�ple team members.
She displays high transparency and shares complete knowledge with her team members, and
they too have been able to make efficient use of power tools.

Collaborates, Empowers and Develops:


On mul�ple occasions, Alice has volunteered to do knowledge transfer sessions with her peers.
She had readily shared her template for Agile implementa�on for Project Awake, and even took
up mul�ple trainings like RPA, Python etc. in the year.
She has collaborated and delivered mul�ple team projects effec�vely, noteworthy one being
Change Management for O365, where she constantly worked with the change champions of all
businesses, incorporated their ideas, and helped in 85% migra�on within the first month itself.

As next steps, I intend to give Project Trident and Project Green for her to think out of the box,
and deliver innova�ve solu�ons to help reduce costs by 1% at all our sites in India.

POINTS TO REMEMBER:

1. Give construc�ve inputs, which are forward looking, and shall help in improving behaviours
among peers. Do avoid regency effect and other biases while providing feedback.

2. Ensure that the PSFs displayed consistently across the year are highlighted, and an ac�on plan
is made to improve the rest

3. Focus on descrip�on, rather than judgement/opinions –


Pra�k collaborates
Pra�k worked with 3 different teams to implement the energy saving plan, which helped the
organiza�on reduce its carbon footprint by 4%

4. Provide a balanced feedback, which gives clarity about the way forward, and is effec�ve

5. Follow Situa�on – Behaviour – Impact methodology to write about your PSFs. Iden�fy areas
of strength and development and structure the examples in SBI approach.
