For project Trinity, we had commi�ed our investors revenues of INR 2 crs. I collaborated with
mul�ple teams like Sales, Opera�ons, and Supply Chain, to ensure that we are on track for the
achievement. However, due to the pandemic, there was a shortage of raw materials.
I worked with various teams to ensure that there is no shor�all of inventory and we are able to
on-board new suppliers. This helped me deliver our commitment to our investors.
Thinks Big:
I was also able to design and implement a new structure in our Kosamba plant, that led to
reduc�on of wastage by 2% while produc�on of our goods.
