RENTAL AGREEMENT

This Rental Agreement is made and executed at Bangalore on this day of 27th
Nov 2023 and between:-

Hereinafter called the Building/ House Owner/ Rental of the one Part and in favor of:-

Hereinafter called the Tenant/ Lessee of the Other Part witnessed as follows:-

The term First Party and Second Party shall mean and include their respective
heirs, executors, administrators, legal representative and assigns.

Whereas the First Party is the absolute Owner of the house premises given
below in the schedule and Tenant has agreed to take on rental basis under the
following terms and conditions:-

1. This Rental Agreement is initially for the period of 11 Months only with
effect from 27th Nov 2022. The same can be renewed or extended by
mutually consent of both parties with enhancement of 5% increase in the
existing rent.

2. The Rent is fixed at Rs 15,000 /- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand Rupees


only) per month, which shall be paid by the Tenant to the Building
Owner within 11th of every subsequent month without fail.

3. The Tenant has this day paid a sum of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty
Thousand Rupees only) to the Building owner by Cash in the pres
following witnesses as Security Deposit for the tenancy. And this amount
shall not carry any interest and shall be returnable in One Lump sum to
the Tenant at the time of vacating the said portion of the house premises
after deducting the arrears of rent and Electrical Charges if dues.

4. The Tenant shall keep the schedule Residential premises always clean
and tenantable condition, without any damages or breakages.

5. The Tenant shall pay Electricity consumption charges as per the bill
receiving from concerned department regularly without fail and keep the
intact.
6. The Tenant shall not let, sub-let, Ander-let or lenses-out schedule house
premises to any other person/s without consulting the Building Owner.
7. Bothe parties (Owner/Tenant) can terminate this agreement by giving
One month notice in advance.

House premises consisting 1Hall, 2Bed Rooms, Kitchen, attached bath


room with water and, Electricity facilities with R.C.C Roofing.

In Witness whereof, both the parties have carefully read and understood the
terms and conditions in this agreement, hereunder affixed their signatures in
confirmation of their acceptance in the presence of the following witnesses.
