RENTAL AGREEMENT

This Rental Agreement is effected from 26th JUN , Two Thousand Twenty Four (26/06/2024)
by and between at Bangalore.

Hereinafter called the house owner of the one part and in favor of:

Hereinafter referred to as the TENANT of the other Part

Whereas the First Party is the absolute owner of the property situated Residing at: #Room VSL1253,
Balaraj Building near Water tank, veerasandra Village,electronic city post , Anekal Taluk
Bangalore- 560100.

The owner as decided to take on Rental Basis the same to the above tenant under the following terms and
conditions.

1. Whereas the First party agrees to let-out the schedule premises for a monthly rent of Rs: 4000 /-(Four
Thousand Rupees Only) thus the tenant here by agrees to pay the same by 10th of every month.

2. The dwelling under rent may be renewed for a further period of 11(Eleven Months) the mutually agreed to by
either parties, and with an increase of Rs: 5 % of rent, for every completed period of tenancy.

3. Whereas the tenant shall keep the schedule premises in good and antenatal conditions without any damages, if
any damages caused by the Tenant, the mutual amount can be deducted from his security deposit.

4. Whereas the tenant has this day paid a sum of Rs:10,000 /-(Ten Thousand Rupees Only) through cash towards
security deposit. This amount shall not carry any interest and the same shall be refundable to the tenant at the
time of vacating the schedule premises.

5. Whereas the tenant hereby agrees to pay the ELECTRICITY BILL for his consumption to the concern
department.

6. In case tenant wants to vacate the premises or owner wants their premises, both the parties should inform each
other by giving 2-month advance notice and Minimum one half year or two years must be Consider.

7. The tenant shall hand over vacant possession of the schedule premises to the lessor on the termination of this
rent agreement and tenant shall agree to paint the schedule premises at the time of vacating the schedule
premises at his cost.

In Witness Where of both the parties have carefully read and understood the terms and conditions in this agreement
here under affixed their respective signature in conformation of their acceptance in the presence of the following
witnesses.
