Dear Michael,
We are happy to offer you full-time employment at Communications Test Design, Inc. (“CTDI”) in the position of Materials Handler
on 3rd shift in our Joliet, IL facility. Your base pay rate will be 12.30 per hour plus a 10% shift differential for a total pay rate of
13.53 per hour.
Effective from June 21, 2021 to September 5, 2021, you will be eligible for a temporary seasonal adjusted base pay rate of $14.56,
plus a 10% shift differential for a total pay rate of $16.02 per hour. This pay rate is effective during this period only. At the
completion of the temporary seasonal adjusted pay rate, your rate will revert back to the standard base pay rate of $12.30,
however, you will then be eligible to start receiving monthly pay rate increases beginning in September 2021.
As a full-time employee, you will be eligible to participate in our excellent employee benefits program which includes medical,
dental, vision, and prescription coverage following 90 days of employment with us. Upon hire, you are eligible for vacation and
sick/personal days in accordance with CTDI’s vacation and sick/personal policies as outlined in the employee handbook.
During your employment, you may have access to trade secrets and confidential business information belonging to the Company.
By accepting this job, you acknowledge that you must keep all of this information strictly confidential, and refrain from using it
for your own purposes or from disclosing it to anyone outside the Company. In addition, you agree that, upon conclusion of your
employment, you will immediately return to the Company all of its property, equipment, and documents, including electronically
stored information.
This letter does not constitute a contract of employment. Your employment with CTDI is for no specific period of time and may
be terminated by you or CTDI at any time for any reason. Your employment is also contingent upon successfully completing our
pre-employment process including the Employment Eligibility Verification Form (Form I-9), a background check and drug screen.
