Job Profile: Spanish Payroll

Job Location: Noida - Hybrid

Shift Timing: US Shift/ Night Shift (7 PM – 4 AM)

Job Description:

• Strong Spanish Language Knowledge Required.

• Manage overall payroll operations.
• Maintains payroll information by designing systems; directing the collection,
calculation, and entering of data.
• Updates payroll records by reviewing and approving changes in exemptions,
insurance coverage, savings deductions, job titles, and department/ division
transfers.
• Pays employees by directing the production and issuance of paychecks or
electronic transfers to bank accounts.
• Prepares reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions,
leave, disability, and non-taxable wages.
• Determines payroll liabilities by approving the calculation of employee
federal and state income and social security taxes, and employer's social
security, unemployment, and workers compensation payments.
• Balances the payroll accounts by resolving payroll discrepancies.
• Maintains payroll guidelines by writing and updating policies and
procedures.
• Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying
existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising
management on needed actions.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll with strong data integrity
• Responsible for ensuring all payroll regulatory filings are completed
accurately and on time
• Evaluate and enforce practices to support compliance in each country
• Evaluate and ensure maintenance of policies and procedures for the third-
party payroll team
• Oversee internal and cross-functional projects on the third-party payroll
team. Contribute prioritization and make commitments to the cross-
functional project roadmap
• Maintain accountability for accomplishing these goals
• Create and maintain visibility of operational and project status for leadership
