BILL OF QUANTITY: TO INSTALL FALL ARRESTOR RAILWAY AT OLD FUEL PREPARATION PLANT

1. The price shall include supply of material, labour, tools & equipment, consumables, fabrication, delivery, installation including make good to original
conditions (where required), testing, commissioning & inspection by the Engineer (owner) and compliance to the specifications as per drawings.
2. All materials unless stated to be supplied by contractor.
3. Contractor must ensure full compliance to site safety and hygiene standard.
4. This is a lump sum contract and tenderer must acquaint on the scope of works for satisfactory completion and hand-over to owner.

1 Railway features
a) To fabricate a railway for installation of fall arrestor by using 1 LS
4"x4" H beam for the installation of roller fall arrestor
b) The dimension of railway beam is approximately 12m length
c) The railway should include anchor to support the load at the
end of the beam
d) All connection are fully welded to the formwork to provide rigid structure and
aggressive application
e) 2-layer coating for anti-corrosion finish

2 Safety measures
a) The fabricated railway should offers complete safety measure and
precaution
b) Materials and consumables used should provide stability and durability
for any heavy-duty industrial application
c) Design should be sturdy, safe access, free from any obstructions,
withstand load requirements and precisely fabricated.

3 General
a) Any necessary materials and tools provided by contractor
b) To ensure cleanliness during and after work completed
c) The ensure any works carry out is fully comply with safety requirement

5 Any other works required to complete works
