A.4 Text input page function keys:


After pressing the text key, an English alphabet keyboard will appear on
the screen. Use the above single arrow arrow keys to select the English
alphabet and press the enter key to display the English alphabet for
inputting the name of the model number, the name of the raw material and
the description of the remarks column.

Value setting button:

1. 0-9 Number keys


Used to set the value and change the set value

2. 输入 Enter Key
After the new value is set, you must press this input key to write the
new set value into the computer. At this time, it means that the set
value has been entered and used for function options. "ON" and "OFF"

4. 单箭头箭头键 (Single arrow keys)
You can move the cursor in the same row or column to the place
where you want to change the set value.

5. 复归键 (Alarm Reset Button Key)


When an alarm occurs, an alarm message appears. After the cause is
eliminated, please press this button to confirm and eliminate the alarm.
6. 原点键 (Origin Button Key):
You can move the cursor in different areas of the same screen to the
area where you want to change the settings.

Instruction:
When the data setting exceeds the maximum value, if the "input key" is
pressed, the setting value will display the maximum value.

10.1.1.2 Buttons related to machine operation

A: Key switch:
The key switch is used to protect the data setting and avoid the operation
of unauthorized personnel, resulting in poor finished products.
This switch has three positions and its functions are as follows:

Position 0 (OFF):
Indicates that the operating power is in the OFF position, and it is off at this
time.

Position 1:
Indicates that the operating power supply is in the ON position, and it is in
the ON state at this time.
The settings of each page are displayed.
Change the setting data.
The module number data can be read and stored.

Position 2:
The settings of each page are displayed.
Set data protection and cannot be changed.
The model number data is protected and cannot be accessed.

B: Emergency stop button: (Red mushroom head Button)


When there is a problem with the machine, press this button (this button
will be automatically latched) to immediately stop all actions of the
machine.

C: Pneumatic safety door close button: (green flat head)


Only models above 280T are equipped with a pneumatic safety door
device and a pneumatic safety door close button. When this button is
pressed, the pneumatic safety door will close.

Screen switch
Automatic screen saver:
If the screen related keys are not used for more than 3 minutes, the screen
will automatically turn off.

Screen on
When you press any button, the screen will automatically turn on.

10.1.1.4 Set input method

Turn the key switch to position 1.


Press the screen setting page selection key to select the desired number of
pages.
Use the arrow keys to move to the square you want to set.
After setting the value, press the enter key.

Wrong setting value:


If the set value is wrong, you can use the "eliminate" key to clear the value,
or reset to a new value

Modify record page

The machine provides a setting modification record page, which can record
100 sets of data. This function can be used to query the previous setting
modification. If there is a mistake, you can also find the original setting
value. In addition, when adjusting the molding conditions, you can compare

1. Modify the record number
2. Modification date/time
3. Modify the project
4. The original value before modification and the new value after
modification

Modification record usage and modification record removal


Modification record usage: under the production control page, move the
cursor to the "modification record" usage column, and set "use" to "ON",
then the last 100 modification data will be recorded; if it is "used" Set to
"OFF", the modified data will not be recorded.

Modification record clearing: move the cursor to the "modification record"


zero column, press the "input" key, all modification records will be cleared,
when the data is cleared, the modification record zero column will
automatically return to "OFF"

How to query modification records:


Press the alarm modification key to switch the screen to the modification
record page
Enter the number you want to search in the modification record query field,
and then press the enter button
The modified record of the query will appear in the first column

10.1.1.5 Production control

Setting value and use: This column is the production default value. You
can set the value of the molding to be produced or the value of the
maximum number of defective products in this column. If it is set to "ON",
when the actual value reaches the set value, the corresponding value will
appear. Alarm to remind the operator

Return to Zero: Move the cursor to here, select the item you want to reset,
and then press the "input" key, the actual value of the item will be cleared
to "0"

Production number: The value displayed in this column is the actual


production value, the cursor cannot be moved to this column to make any
settings or modifications

Good product mold:


The value recorded here is the number of good products. If the finished
product detection function is not used, the machine will treat all raw
products as good products, and the actual value will be increased by 1 for
each mold produced. If the finished product detection function is used, then
When a "defective product alarm" appears, the mode will not be included in
the calculation; in manual mode, move the cursor to the "zero" column and
press the "input" key, the actual value will be cleared to "0"

Set mold counter


The user can use this function to pre-set the production molding counter.
When each mold is produced (when it is not a defective product), the actual
value of the preset molding will add "1", and the machine will stop and
appear when the set value is reached "Up to pre-set molding count"
warning signal and alarm to notify the operator
step:
1. In the "production control page", set the number of "preset molding"
(Move the cursor to the "default molding setting value" column, input the
"setting value" with the number keys, and press the "input" button)
2. Set the default molding use to "ON"
(Move the cursor to the "Use of default molding" column, press the "input"
key to switch between "ON" and "OFF")
3. Clear "preset molding actual value" to "0"
(Move the cursor to the "default molding to zero" column and press the
"input" key)

Packaging count
This function is used for batch packaging. The user can set the number
of packaging. When the number is reached, the machine will notify the
on-site operator to deal with it.
step:
1. Set the number of "Package Count"
(Move the cursor to the "Package Count Setting Value" column, use
the "number keys" to input the number of packages, and then press
the "Enter" key)
2. Set "Package Count" to "ON"
(Move the cursor to the "Package Counting Use" column, and press
the "Enter" key to switch between "ON" and "OFF")
3. Set the "Package Notification Time".
Make the alarm bell act and notify the on-site operator to deal with it.
(Move the cursor to the "Package Notification Setting Value" column,
use the "number keys" to input the notification time, and then press
the "Enter" button)

10.1.1.6 Alert message


At the top of each screen, there is an alarm display area, when the
following alarm messages appear, it will appear in this position.

Alarm message record and record clear


The machine provides 100 sets of alarm message record pages. When an
alarm occurs, this page will record the latest 100 sets of alarms.

In addition to providing 100 sets of alarm records, this log page also
provides the time when the alarm occurred (month/day/year, hour/minute)
and the alarm release time (hour/minute).

Alarm message recording usage:


1. Press the "production control" button to switch the screen to the
production control page
2. Move the cursor to the "Alarm Message Use" column
3. Press the "input" button to set "ON" (alarm record use) and "OFF"
(alarm record not use) settings.
Note: If "Alarm Message Use" is set to "OFF", the log page will not
record any alarm messages when an alarm occurs

Clear alarm message record


Press the "Production Control" button to switch the screen to "Production
Control Page"

How to turn on after the alarm


Find out the cause of the alarm and eliminate it.
Press the "Reset" button.
Press the "oil pump" button to start the motor.
Press the "Electric heating" button to start the electric heating.

Alarm message data query


1. Press the "Alarm/Modify" button to switch the screen to the "Alarm
Message" page
2. Enter the record number you want to query in the "Enquiry Input"
column, and press the "Enter" button

Alarm message explanation:

2000: The temperature sensing wire is disconnected


The temperature sensing wire for measuring the temperature of the
material tube is disconnected. It can be seen from the temperature
monitoring that the temperature of the section is abnormal. When the
section is disconnected, the temperature will display 0℃ and the section
will display no heating.

2001: Oil overheated


It appears when the hydraulic oil temperature exceeds 60°C.
Please check if the cooling water device is turned on

2002: Plastic high temperature


It appears when the actual temperature of any section of the material pipe
or nozzle section is higher than the set temperature by 20°C.
2003: Plastic low temperature
It appears when the actual temperature of any section of the material pipe
or nozzle section is lower than the set temperature by 20°C.
2004: Screw protection
Each time you turn on the machine, when the temperature does not reach
the allowable range of the set value (5°C below the set value), or the
electric heating is not started, this alarm will appear. When the temperature
reaches the allowable range, the "screw protection" alarm will be
automatically eliminated, but If the "Screw Protection" on the
"Function/Timing" page is set to "ON", when the temperature reaches the

set value, it will take a while (about 5~10 minutes) for the alarm to
disappear.

1. Can't Inject
2. Unable to charge (plasticize) materials
3. Unable to retract

2005: To preset model


When the produced model reaches the preset model, this alarm appears
and the machine will automatically stop.

2006: Low voltage protection


When the mold closing enters the low pressure section, the low pressure
time starts to count. When the low pressure timing time expires and the
mold closing does not leave the low pressure section, the alarm appears at
this time, and the mold opens automatically until the mold is opened and
the machine stops.
Possible reasons:
1. There are foreign objects in the mold
2. Clamping low pressure setting is too low
3. The clamping position is too small
4. Mold cooling water is not open
5. Insufficient lubrication of mold guide rod

2007:总计时超过
The actual production cycle time exceeds the "cycle time" setting time.

2008:储料过时(Charge Timeout)
The actual storage time exceeds the set time of "Charge Timeout".
2009: Mold opening time is too long
The actual mold opening time exceeds the setting time of "mold opening
time".
2010: The rear safety door opens
When the rear safety door is opened, this alarm will appear, the yellow
warning light will be on, and the buzzer will sound intermittently
at this time
1. Motor stop (standard program, no special functions are selected)
2. Mold closing stop
3. Injection stop

2011: Injection protection cover (optional device)

If the machine is equipped with this protective cover, this alarm will appear
when it is opened.
Will not be able to shoot at this time

2012: To the limit of mold adjustment (optional device)


The mold adjustment has reached the limit of the minimum mold thickness
of the machine. If this alarm occurs, the machine will no longer be able to
adjust the mold.

2013: To the limit of die adjustment


The mold adjustment and withdrawal has reached the limit position of the
maximum mold thickness of the machine. If this alarm occurs, the machine
will not be able to adjust the mold and withdrawal.

2014: Bad finished product


When the finished product is used for inspection, if the injection end
position is outside the upper and lower limits, this alarm will appear.

2016: The finished product has not fallen


In the automatic electric eye operation mode, after the mold is opened, the
detection time starts to count. During the detection time, when the finished
product has not fallen and passed the electric eye detection, this alarm will
appear after the detection time is up.

2017: Insufficient hydraulic oil


The float switch located in the oil tank detects that the oil level is too low.
Please check if there is enough working oil in the fuel tank

2018: Bad value


When the memory data inside the controller is disturbed, or the memory
data is wrong due to insufficient battery power, this alarm will appear

2019: Please change the battery


There is a battery for saving data on the controller circuit board. When the
battery voltage is detected to be too low, this alarm will appear. At this time,
the battery must be replaced.

2022: Emergency stop


When the emergency stop device on the machine is activated
The following situation occurs at this time:
1. Interrupt automatic production mode
2. Switch to manual mode

3. Motor stops

2023: Please change the oil filter (optional device)


This alarm appears when the oil filter is blocked

2024: Exceed packaging counter


This alarm appears when the set number of packaging counts is reached.
After the notification time is up, it will be automatically cleared.

2025: Low voltage (optional device)


The voltage value of the supplied voltage source is lower than the set value
of the voltage detector

2026: Air pressure is too low (optional device)


The air pressure supplied to the air pressure safety door or the air support
valve is lower than the set value of the air pressure detector

2027: Motor start?


When the motor starts, the Y-Δ switching is not completed.
2028: Motor overload
This alarm occurs when the motor overload protector trips, or the motor
trips due to abnormal conditions

2030: Cooling water is cut off


This alarm will appear when the cooling water flow is insufficient

2031: Semi-automatic shutdown?


In the semi-automatic mode, after the production of the first mold is
completed, the "inspection time" starts to count. If the next mold production
is not performed within the "inspection time", this alarm will appear after the
"inspection time" is up

2032: Automatic mold adjustment?


In order to prevent the automatic mold adjustment, the mold adjustment
cannot be completed due to other factors. When the automatic mold
adjustment action exceeds the system setting time, this alarm will appear
and the automatic mold adjustment action will be aborted.

2033: Automatic purging?


In order to prevent the automatic cleaning of the material, the mold
adjustment cannot be completed due to other factors. When the automatic

cleaning action exceeds the "cleaning time", this alarm will appear and the
automatic cleaning action will be aborted.

2034: Mold opening limit? (optional device)


When the mold opening reaches the maximum mold opening limit, this
alarm appears and the mold opening action is stopped

2035 Insufficient lubricating oil:


This alarm appears when the lubricating oil machine is operating and the
lubricating oil level is too low

2037: Core 1 in?


When core 1 input is used for confirmation, this alarm will appear when
core 1 input is not confirmed within the set time.

2038: Core 1 out?


When core 1 out is confirmed to be used, this alarm appears when core 1
out is not confirmed for positioning within the set time.

2039: Core 2 in?


When core 2 input is used for confirmation, this alarm will appear when the
core 2 input has not been confirmed within the set time.
2040: Core 2 out?
When core 2 is used for confirmation, this alarm will appear when core 2 is
not confirmed for positioning within the set time.

2043: Thread in? (optional device)


This alarm will appear when the screw thread is used for confirmation and
the thread has not been counted within the set time.

2045: Thread out 1? (optional device)


This alarm will appear when the thread 1 is used for confirmation, and the
thread 1 is not counted and confirmed within the set time.

2046: Thread out 2? (optional device)


This alarm appears when the thread 2 is used for confirmation, and the
thread 2 is not counted for confirmation within the set time.

2059: Automatic mold adjustment completed


This alarm appears when the automatic mold adjustment action is
completed.

2060: Automatic purging is completed


This alarm appears when the automatic purging cleaning action is
completed

2061: The safety door hits a person (with a rubber strip switch)
When the machine is equipped with a safety door rubber strip switch, when
the safety door is closed, the alarm occurs when the rubber strip switch is
triggered

2064: Turn off the signal?


In automatic mode, when the machine is injecting, the signal of closing the
mold disappears, and this alarm appears

2065:座进完讯号?
自动模式下,当机器于射出中,座进完讯号消失,出现此警报

2067: Take out machine die?


The use function of the knockout machine is set to “ON”. When the mold is
closed, the control system will detect the knockout machine “allowing the
mold-off signal”. When the detection time is exceeded and the knockout
machine “allowing the mold-off signal” is not sent to the control system,
This alert appears

2068:取出机托进?
取出机使用功能设”ON”,当托模进时控制系统会去侦测取出机”允许托模进
讯号”,当超过侦测时间,且取出机”允许托模进讯号”未送给控制系统时,出
现此警报

2069: Gas-assisted injection?


The gas-assisted molding use function is set to "ON", and the control
system will detect the "injection allowed" signal of the gas-assisted device
during injection. This alarm appears when the gas-assisted device does not
send the "injection allowed" signal

2070: Maximum number of defective products


Production control when "bad molding" on the production control page is
set to "ON", this alarm will appear when the number of defective products
reaches the set value.

2071: Number of consecutive inferior products


When the "continuous defective products" detection on the production
control page is set to "ON", this alarm will appear when the continuous
defective products in the production reach the set value of continuous
defective products

2072:托模退确认?(选购装置)
托模退确认使用设定为”ON”,关模前会先侦测”托模退确认讯号”,当侦测
时间到,且托模退确认讯号未确认,出现此警报

2073: Changing mold in use


If you want to switch to the "automatic mode" when the mode is changed to
"ON", the alarm will appear and it will be forced to switch to the "manual
mode"

2074: The safety door is not closed properly


In manual mode, if the safety door is not closed properly, this alarm will
appear when the mold close button, the injection button, the automatic
mold adjustment button or the automatic cleaning button are pressed
2075: Mold thickness adjustment? (optional function)
When using the automatic mold thickness adjustment function, in order to
prevent other factors from causing the automatic mold thickness
adjustment to be completed, when the automatic mold thickness
adjustment time exceeds the system setting time and the adjustment
cannot be completed, an alarm will appear and the automatic mold
thickness adjustment will stop

2076: Mold thickness adjustment completed (optional function)


This alarm appears when the automatic mold thickness adjustment is
completed

2079: Gas-assisted-mold opening?


The gas-assisted molding use function is set to "ON". When the mold is
opened, the control system will detect the "restricted mold opening" signal
of the gas-assisted device. This alarm appears when the gas-assisted
device does not send the "restricted mold opening" signal
10.2. Production start and finish
10.2..1 Boot up
1. Turn on the main power switch.
2. Turn on the key switch to position 1.
The screen picture lights up, about 5 seconds later, the picture shows
"Chuan Li Fa Company Logo".

3. Press any button on the operation panel, the screen will switch to the
"action monitoring page"

10.2.2 Machine start after emergency shutdown


The emergency stop button is a button with a red mushroom head and a
self-latch function. There are two buttons on the machine.
When the emergency stop button is activated:
1. The production cycle is stopped immediately
2. Machine stopped
3. Motor stopped

Steps to restore machine operation:


1. Rotate and pull up the red emergency stop button. (RESET and rotation
direction are written on the button)
2. Press the "Reset" button.
3. Press the "Oil Pump" button.

10.2.3 Machine status monitoring


Machine status monitoring functions, such as cycle time, injection end
position, and other injection parameters and charge (plasticizing)
parameters monitoring, are the guarantee of providing high-quality finished
products.
The charge (plasticizing) time and location are monitored for each molding
record.
The production cycle time monitors the actual cycle time of each mold
forming.
The upper and lower limits of the injection end point are set to monitor the
molding quality.

10.2.3.1 Machine motion monitoring

10.2.3.2 Finished product monitoring

Finished Product Monitoring:


Move the cursor to the finished product monitoring setting column, and
use "input" to switch the setting
When set to "OFF", all molding data records will not be recorded and
tested
When set to "ON", the molding data will automaticaly be recorded

Erase Record: Move the cursor to the record erasure column and press
the "input" key, all the recorded data of the "molding record page" and
"molding temperature record page" will be cleared

The relationship between standard and range setting and monitoring


curve page:

Standard value and range value setting: You can refer to the molding
record data to set the standard value, and the range value can be adjusted
according to the graph to get the optimized icon

上下限检测值与成型记录页关系:
When the finished product inspection and inspection items are set to "ON",
in the automatic mode, the molding record page will automatically
determine whether the actual molding data is within the detection allowable
range according to the upper and lower limits of the detection
Detection allowable range:
Standard value + upper limit value <detection tolerance range>
Standard value-lower limit value
That is, the detection tolerance range is between (standard value +
upper limit) and (standard value-lower limit)

Use and setting of defective product detection:

Set the finished product monitoring and injection end point detection to "ON"
Set the detection upper and lower limit range
Switch the screen to the production control page
Set "Alarm value of defective products" and "Alarm value of continuous defective
products"
Set "defective product alarm use" and "continuous defective product alarm use" set
"ON"
When in automatic mode production, if the injection end position is not within the

10.2.4 Shutdown
The purpose of the shutdown is mainly to protect the machine and the
mold.
Shutdown can be divided into automatic shutdown and manual shutdown

10.2.4.1 Automatic shutdown


Automatic shutdown is mainly used for machine operations where no one
takes out the finished product in automatic mode

If the preset mold is set to "ON", when the production number set by the
machine is reached, the "to preset mold" alarm will appear and the motor
will automatically shut down

When there is any hazard to the machine or personnel alarm occurs, during
the "rest time", if no one comes to deal with or switch to the manual state,

10.4.2 低压模具保护

用途:
低压装置用来保护模具,如果有东西留在模具中,锁模无法完成.可避免模具受
损害.此装置对操作人员不具保护性.

方式:
在关模当中,一旦到达低压设定点时,此时只靠低压模具保护的压力动作.这个
压力应该设定到足以克服正常的摩擦阻力即可.如果有其它阻力发生时,关模
动作将停止.当低压保护时间到后,警报出现"低压保护",并开模到开模完位置.

如果在全自动操作状态下需要重新启动机器
找出原因,按复归键.
按"油泵"键,切换到"全自动"模式,关前安全门.

设定方法如下:
低压开始位置
设定此开始位置与模具种类和所须的关模速度有关.这表示在模具到达接触
异物的危险距离时,必须切换到低压力和低速状态.

低压压力和速度
一般来说尽可能设低于20%以下,并使关模动作平顺即可.

10.4.6.1 换模使用功能
当用户于更换模具时,此功能提供换模时开关模慢速设定.
此功能若设为”ON”时,将无法切换至”自动模式”
若切换至自动模式将会出现”换模使用中”警报

10.4.6.2 调模功能使用
当须要做"调模"或"自动调模"动作时,须将"调模使用"设为"ON",如此才可做调
模动作
若是调模完成后,请将"调模使用"设为"OFF",以防止手动模式下误触"调模键",
使模具锁模力产生变化
机器还提供一个调模微调的功能,使操作者可以更容易去调整机器的锁模力
若需使用调模微调功能时须将微调齿数功能设为ON.
若调模齿数设为OFF时,则为一般调模功能
调模微调操作步骤 :
1. 将调模使用功能及微调齿数功能设定ON,并设定微调齿数
2. 按押调模进或调模退按键
3. 机器调模进或调模退至设定齿数后停止
4. 松开调模进或调模退按键
5. 按押关模键试锁模

6. 若锁模力达到所需要求,则将调模使用及微调齿数功能设为OFF;若无法锁

锁匙电源开关位置在"1"位置.
马达启动运转.
关上前后安全门.
在"开关模设定页"中,设定所需的"锁模力".

10.4.7.1 自动调模和锁模力

10.4.8 装模时常见的操作问题

关模低压压力设定太小
关模无法完成.
低压时间超过.
机器出现"低压保护",开模完停机.

增加低压压力

低压时间设定太短
低压段的距离与机型大小有关.一般来说,小型机应设定0.5秒以上比所需的实
际时间长.若设定时间太短,机器出现"低压保护",并开模完停机.

10.4.9 风托模使用( 选购装置 )


机器上提供两个风托阀供客户使用.要使用时请自行连接风压管路到此阀上.

在"托模/射座设定页",设定以下:
风托模使用:ON 表示使用.OFF表示不使用
风A(母模吹气)延迟:开模开始至风托A动作中间的延迟时间.
风托A(母模吹气) : 风托A动作时间
风B(公模吹气)延迟:开模开始至风托B动作中间的延迟时间

10.4.10 中子功能

全立发机型 80T到250T标准配备壹组中子,280T以上标准配备两组中子.
中子动作程序由"中子设定页"来设定.若只使用壹组中子.则请设定第一中
子"ON",第二中子"OFF".

位置设定可以从 0 到开模结束位置,表示中子出入的开关模位置.

极限开关设定为"ON",表示中子确认装置使用.若在设定时间到后,仍未确认,
则警报讯息显示"中子未确认",警铃和警示灯作动.

极限开关设定为"OFF",表示中子动作由时间控制.

若设定双组中子动作时,关模时中子二入先动作然后中子一入再动作.

本机器提供一段绞牙入及两段绞牙出功能,可控制绞牙动作.
若使用确认功能,此时绞牙计数检测开关必须安装,用以计数牙数.

10.5 加热

10.5.1 料管加热

料管加热温度使用温度感应线来量测,每一段均由控制器监视,若有任何一段
发生断线时,警报讯息出现"感温线断线",经由温度量测产生感应电压,送到电
路板,温度由PID控制,使温度控制达到在优化,因为不同机器料管加热容量不
同所产生的PID设定不同,本控制系统提供自动调整功能,使温度PID值达到最
佳效果.

10.5.2 温度量测

机器的温度感应使用 K TYPE 的感温线,准确的温度量测,对温度的控制有很


重要的影响.
感温线使用弹簧式的固定方式,必须使感应头接触到料管所钻感应线孔底部.
若有任何间隙或接触不良,会使计算机读值不正确.因此会使温度读值过低,导
致过热问题.

注意
感温线会因为酸化或撞击而损坏.更换后,请轻拉感温线以确认弹簧调整位置
正确,接触良好.
电热片可以单独更换,但必须确定螺丝锁紧,使电热片传热良好.
避免融化塑料原料包住电热片,否则电热片容易故障.

10.5.3 入料温度调节

电热开时,为避免入料口温度过高,造成原料在螺杆进料段开始处融化阻塞,冷
却水路必须打开.入料口温度最好维持在40℃上下.

使用需预先干燥的原料(如尼龙或PC),料斗温度应保持60℃-80℃.

10.5.4 加热料管

步骤:
选择画面到"温度设定页".
输入所须的温度设定值.
按"电热" ON.
警报讯息出现"螺杆保护".

10.5.6 Temperature monitoring

for too long, causing the raw material to deteriorate, This keep warm
function can be used.

10.6 Injection part


10.6.1 Injection movement

The moving distance of the injection base can be adjusted by the adjusting
screw on the injection side plate. The distance can be adjusted according
to the movement of the machine.

The injection seat advance and retreat of this machine has a deceleration
function to prevent the injection nozzle from colliding with the mold due to
excessive seating pressure and causing damage to the injection nozzle.
This "deceleration proximity switch" is about 55~60mm away from the "seat
advancing and retreating proximity switch"

In addition, there is a injection seat distance setting rod in front of the


shooting seat. This rod is to prevent the nozzle from hitting the mold with
too much force every time the shooting seat advances. The adjustment

The maximum storage distance of the machine can be seen from the
"Storage Limit".
The screw speed and back pressure can be controlled by the position to

The storage has three speed settings, and there are also three positions
that can be switched.The first two positions are the position switching point

10.6.5 Back pressure 背压


Due to the plasticizing process, the back of the screw is driven by the
plastic accumulation at the front end of the screw. Therefore, the higher the
back pressure setting, the slower the relative charge speed.

Use of back pressure


Increase the mixing effect of plastic in the barrel, especially the mixing of
colored masterbatch and plastic.
The homogenization of the plastic in the material pipe is not good,
especially if some of the plastic is not completely melted.
Increase the accuracy of the storage volume.
Back pressure setting is too high
The back pressure increases and the plasticizing ability decreases.
The increase in frictional heat may cause decomposition and deterioration
of raw materials.

Back pressure setting


The back pressure setting is the same as the screw speed, there are three
position settings, respectively in the storage 1, 2, and 3 positions, the
switching point and the storage speed switching point are the same.

10.6.6 螺杆松退
松退功能,在操作上可分为储料前松退和储料后松退.

The injection pressure must be sufficient.
Injection pressure is too low
result:
Insufficient injection pressure causes insufficient injection speed.

Increase the injection pressure so that the required pressure is about 10%
higher than the actual injection pressure to ensure that the pressure is
sufficient to avoid vibration caused by insufficient pressure.

10.7 Automatic cleaning


This function is used for simple operation of replacing raw materials,

10.10.1 Time Setting

Cycle Time:
The cycle time starts from the mold closing action, and stops until the
finished product of the mold is taken out. When the production time of any
mold exceeds the set time, the machine will give a "total time exceeded"
alarm
Repeat time:The re-action time is used in the automatic timing mode and
the automatic electric eye mode. It is used as the delay time for the start of
the next mode.
In the automatic timing mode, when the mold support is completed, the
next mold will not start until the "return time" is timed.
In the automatic electric eye mode, when the supporting mold is completed
and the finished product is dropped and the electric eye is detected, the
next mold will not start until the "re-action time" has expired.

Detection time: The detection time is used in the semi-automatic mode


and the fully automatic electric eye mode, as the alarm monitoring time of
the finished product is not taken out
In the semi-automatic mode, when the托模 is completed, the detection time
starts to count. If the safety door is not opened to take out the finished
product within the timing time, a "semi-automatic shutdown?" alarm will
appear when the timing time is up.
In the automatic sensor mode, the timer will start when the pallet is
completed. If the sensor does not detect any product falling within the
timing period, the "finished product has not fallen" alarm will appear
Rest time:The rest time is used to stop the motor. When an alarm that
harms the function of the machine is generated, the rest time starts to
count. If there is no person to deal with the alarm condition during the rest
time, the motor will automatically stop when the time expires.

The safety door opens:This function is only used for machines above
280T, or machines with additional air pressure safety door devices

Charge before Injection (plasticizing):

In the automatic mode, when the injection and holding pressure actions are
completed, the charge delay timer starts timing. After the delay timer

Lubrication time:
Lubrication time is to control the action time of the lubricating oil machine

10.10.2 Function Options

Quick mold closing:


This function is also called "differential mold closing". When this function is
used, the mold closing action is in the "mold closing fast" section, the mold
closing and mold opening solenoid valves will act at the same time.
This function uses the pressure difference between the two ends of the
hydraulic cylinder of the switch mold to act, so that the hydraulic cylinder
produces low-pressure and high-speed movement
