Position 0 (OFF):

Indicates that the operating power supply is in the ON position, and it is in
the ON state at this time.

Change the setting data.
The module number data can be read and stored.
Position 2:

Packaging count
This function is used for batch packaging. The user can set the number
of packaging. When the number is reached, the machine will notify the
on-site operator to deal with it.
step:
1. Set the number of "Package Count"
(Move the cursor to the "Package Count Setting Value" column, use
the "number keys" to input the number of packages, and then press
the "Enter" key)
2. Set "Package Count" to "ON"
(Move the cursor to the "Package Counting Use" column, and press
the "Enter" key to switch between "ON" and "OFF")
3. Set the "Package Notification Time".
Make the alarm bell act and notify the on-site operator to deal with it.

10.2.4 Shutdown
The purpose of the shutdown is mainly to protect the machine and the
mold.
Shutdown can be divided into automatic shutdown and manual shutdown
If the preset mold is set to "ON", when the production number set by the
machine is reached, the "to preset mold" alarm will appear and the motor
will automatically shut down
When there is any hazard to the machine or personnel alarm occurs, during
the "rest time", if no one comes to deal with or switch to the manual state,
the motor will automatically shut down
When the shutdown temperature control is "OFF", when the alarm shuts
down, the electric heating will be automatically turned off
When the shutdown temperature control is "ON", there are two functions of
heating and heat preservation to choose from
When "heating" is selected (heating setting is "ON"), when the alarm stops,
the electric heater will continue to heat up
When "Keep Warm" is selected (Keep Warm Setting "ON"), when the
alarm stops, the electric heater will switch to Keep Warm function

10.4 锁模单元
10.4.1 关模

关模分为四段,快速,低速,低压及高压,必须分别设定压力和速度.位置设定为
各段压力速度切换点.
关模完位置显示 0 MM,且屏幕上的关模完讯号ON
装模步骤详述于4.4.6
10.4.2 低压模具保护
用途:
低压装置用来保护模具,如果有东西留在模具中,锁模无法完成.可避免模具受
损害.此装置对操作人员不具保护性.
方式:
在关模当中,一旦到达低压设定点时,此时只靠低压模具保护的压力动作.这个
压力应该设定到足以克服正常的摩擦阻力即可.如果有其它阻力发生时,关模
动作将停止.当低压保护时间到后,警报出现"低压保护",并开模到开模完位置.
如果在全自动操作状态下需要重新启动机器
找出原因,按复归键.
按"油泵"键,切换到"全自动"模式,关前安全门.
设定方法如下:
低压开始位置
设定此开始位置与模具种类和所须的关模速度有关.这表示在模具到达接触
异物的危险距离时,必须切换到低压力和低速状态.
低压压力和速度
一般来说尽可能设低于20%以下,并使关模动作平顺即可.
低压时间

设定时间略大于实际所需时间.从低压开始位置到低压结束位置(即升高压位
置).
低压结束位置(升高压位置)
此位置表示模具已完成密合,开始建立锁模力.若位置设定不当,会使锁模无法
完成.可目测曲手机构是否完成.此时关模完近接开关 ON.

10.4.4 托模

be set separately.
Die Stroke
The stroke of the die is limited by the limit of the die. It cannot be set to
exceed this value.

In the semi-automatic or fully automatic mode, this function can be
selected. When the mold is completed, the pallet is fixed to the set position
after the mold is entered, and the mold is automatically retracted when the

此时间设定当托模进到设定位置时,保持时间到后才托模退.
振动托模
在一些不易顶出成品的模具或多模穴成型的模具,可使用此功能.建议设定托
模次数大于1.
振动托退
当使用振动托模功能时,此处所设定位置为振动托模退位置
托模选择
可设定托模使用否,或特殊模具要求托模动作与标准不同.可修改动作以符合
要求.
0:不使用
托模不使用,手动与自动模式下托模皆不动作
1:标准
标准托模方式,中子出完及开模完再托模

10.4.5 托模顶针安全保护(选购配备)
功能计时页之"托退确认"设为"ON"才有此功能
模具托模板需要确认回定位后才可关模,此时模具上托模板位置须装极限开
关.
使用此功能时,关模前(当托模已达托模退设定位置),会先侦测托模是否有无
确认
若未确认,则出现”托模退确认?”警报 ; 此时检查托模退确认开关是否有松脱
或离开位置
10.4.6 装模步骤
检查项目
1.模具尺寸是否可以符合机器夹模尺寸.
2.模具厚度和机器开模行程是否符合.
3.定位环(模环)的尺寸是否与机器相符.
步骤
锁匙开关开到 1 位置.
按"油泵"起动键.
关上前安全门,按"关模"键,直到曲手伸直,关模完为止.

此时查看机器模厚距离是否大于欲生产的模具厚度.若不够时,屏幕画面切
换到"调模设定页",设定调模退适当的压力和速度.按"调模退"键,直到
模厚距离足够为止.
按"开模"键,开模到最大位置.
开前安全门.
在适当位置装上模具所需的托模杆数目.
模具放入机台,靠近前机壁位置,对正定位环.
关前安全门,按"关模"键,直到曲手伸直,关模完为止.
按"调模进"键,直到中机壁前进接触到模具而停止.
10.4.6.1 换模使用功能
当用户于更换模具时,此功能提供换模时开关模慢速设定.
此功能若设为”ON”时,将无法切换至”自动模式”
若切换至自动模式将会出现”换模使用中”警报
10.4.6.2 调模功能使用
当须要做"调模"或"自动调模"动作时,须将"调模使用"设为"ON",如此才可做调
模动作
若是调模完成后,请将"调模使用"设为"OFF",以防止手动模式下误触"调模键",
使模具锁模力产生变化
机器还提供一个调模微调的功能,使操作者可以更容易去调整机器的锁模力
若需使用调模微调功能时须将微调齿数功能设为ON.
若调模齿数设为OFF时,则为一般调模功能
调模微调操作步骤 :
1. 将调模使用功能及微调齿数功能设定ON,并设定微调齿数
2. 按押调模进或调模退按键
3. 机器调模进或调模退至设定齿数后停止
4. 松开调模进或调模退按键
5. 按押关模键试锁模

6. 若锁模力达到所需要求,则将调模使用及微调齿数功能设为OFF;若无法锁
模完成或锁模力过低,依据锁模状况重新设定微调齿数,并回到第2项重新调
整
10.4.7 自动调模输入
锁匙电源开关位置在"1"位置.
马达启动运转.
关上前后安全门.
在"开关模设定页"中,设定所需的"锁模力".
在"调模设定页"中,设定"调模使用"为 " ON".
按 "自动调模"键,机器自动执行动作.
10.4.7.1 自动调模和锁模力
机器提供方便的自动调模功能,便于操作者简易的调整锁模力.
设定所须的锁模力,按"自动调模"键,即自动调整.
锁模力设定不可超过机器的最大锁模力.
开始动作时,"自动调模"键左上角的LED红灯会ON,直到完成时OFF.
若"中子确认"功能有使用,于自动调模动作时,中子未确认则出现警报并且停
止自动调模动作,并切换为手动模式

10.4.8 装模时常见的操作问题
关模低压压力设定太小
关模无法完成.
低压时间超过.
机器出现"低压保护",开模完停机.
建议:
增加低压压力
低压时间设定太短
低压段的距离与机型大小有关.一般来说,小型机应设定0.5秒以上比所需的实
际时间长.若设定时间太短,机器出现"低压保护",并开模完停机.
建议:
增加低压时间设定
升关模高压位置设定太小
位置设定太小会使曲手机构在模具接触后,仍位于低压段,而无法完成锁模动
作.
建议:
增加升高压位置设定
在"托模/射座设定页",设定以下:
风托模使用:ON 表示使用.OFF表示不使用
风A(母模吹气)延迟:开模开始至风托A动作中间的延迟时间.
风托A(母模吹气) : 风托A动作时间
风B(公模吹气)延迟:开模开始至风托B动作中间的延迟时间
风托B(公模吹气) :风托B动作时间

10.4.10 中子功能
全立发机型 80T到250T标准配备壹组中子,280T以上标准配备两组中子.
中子动作程序由"中子设定页"来设定.若只使用壹组中子.则请设定第一中
子"ON",第二中子"OFF".
位置设定可以从 0 到开模结束位置,表示中子出入的开关模位置.
极限开关设定为"ON",表示中子确认装置使用.若在设定时间到后,仍未确认,
则警报讯息显示"中子未确认",警铃和警示灯作动.
极限开关设定为"OFF",表示中子动作由时间控制.
若设定双组中子动作时,关模时中子二入先动作然后中子一入再动作.
开模时,中子1出动作完再中子2出动作
中子位置设于开关模行程中

单组中子时,中子出入油位置在中机壁后侧.双组中子时,中子一出入油位置
在前机壁后侧,中子二出入油位置在中机壁后侧.
10.4.11 绞牙装置(选购配备)
绞牙装置包括油压马达和检测装置为选购配备.
绞牙动作若由时间控制,则可由中子动作来使用.
本机器提供一段绞牙入及两段绞牙出功能,可控制绞牙动作.
若使用确认功能,此时绞牙计数检测开关必须安装,用以计数牙数.
10.5 加热

10.5.1 料管加热
料管加热温度使用温度感应线来量测,每一段均由控制器监视,若有任何一段
发生断线时,警报讯息出现"感温线断线",经由温度量测产生感应电压,送到电
路板,温度由PID控制,使温度控制达到在优化,因为不同机器料管加热容量不
同所产生的PID设定不同,本控制系统提供自动调整功能,使温度PID值达到最
佳效果.
10.5.2 温度量测
注意
感温线会因为酸化或撞击而损坏.更换后,请轻拉感温线以确认弹簧调整位置
正确,接触良好.
电热片可以单独更换,但必须确定螺丝锁紧,使电热片传热良好.
避免融化塑料原料包住电热片,否则电热片容易故障.
10.5.3 入料温度调节
电热开时,为避免入料口温度过高,造成原料在螺杆进料段开始处融化阻塞,冷
却水路必须打开.入料口温度最好维持在40℃上下.
使用需预先干燥的原料(如尼龙或PC),料斗温度应保持60℃-80℃.
10.5.4 加热料管
步骤:
选择画面到"温度设定页".
输入所须的温度设定值.
按"电热" ON.
警报讯息出现"螺杆保护".

温度到达设定值范围时,警报讯息消失.
电热段数依机型有所不同,实际值显示"*"的段数,表示没有使用.
当电热ON时,若段数上有反白方格显示,表示正在加热中.

screw protection function. When it is set to ON, when the temperature
reaches the set temperature range, it must wait 10 minutes before the
"screw protection" alarm is cleared. This is because the electric heating
plate heats the outside of the material tube, and it takes a period of time for
the temperature to diffuse to the inside. Then, the melting temperature of
the raw material can reach the set value. Especially the crystalline raw
material must reach the melting temperature to effectively melt, which can
avoid the screw break due to insufficient temperature.
When the heating function is "OFF", the "screw protection" alarm will
appear
Note: If the "Screw Protection" alarm has been eliminated, and then
set the "Screw Protection" function to "ON", the "Screw
Protection" alarm will appear, and the alarm will be eliminated
after 5~10 minutes
The controller has high and low temperature settings, and monitors the
temperature of each section. When the temperature of one section is
higher than the set value by 20℃, the alarm message appears "Plastic high

value At 20°C, the warning message "Plastic Low Temperature" appears.
The heating status can be monitored in the "action status detection page"
or "temperature setting page".
Sometimes the machine must be shut down for a period of time due to
maintenance or mold problems. After handling it, it must be produced
immediately. In order to save reheating time, the electric heating switch is
still turned on. In order to prevent the raw material from staying in the barrel
for too long, causing the raw material to deteriorate, This keep warm
function can be used.
step:
In "Temperature Setting Page", set the required keep warm temperature.
Press the "Keep warm" button on the panel, the red LED lights up.
At this time, the operation will be in manual mode and cannot be switched
to automatic mode.
In the "Production Control Page", first set the current date and time.
After setting, set OFF to ON, and you can see that it has been modified
from the upper right corner of the screen.
After the time is corrected, move the cursor away and it will automatically
return to "OFF".
The moving distance of the injection base can be adjusted by the adjusting
screw on the injection side plate. The distance can be adjusted according
to the movement of the machine.
The injection seat advance and retreat of this machine has a deceleration
function to prevent the injection nozzle from colliding with the mold due to
excessive seating pressure and causing damage to the injection nozzle.
This "deceleration proximity switch" is about 55~60mm away from the "seat
