Terms & Conditions

1. Gate pass, vehicle pass, safety induction, additional safety requirement except PPE, any manpower excluding
blaster and painter and scaffolding team, Lifting facilities, loading & unloading at site Seylan Tech scope.
2. Scaffolding considered internal and external same time for both tanks. If scaffolding install outside and finish
external work and do internal scaffolding by using the same material price will be less time will be more.
3. Scaffolding after 30 days 0.50 QR/M3/day will be charge extra.
4. Abrasive considered fresh garnet 30/60 (if allow reusing price will be less).
5. Idle manpower and equipment will be charged 3000 QR per day.
 6. RAL No. of internal and external topcoat color shall be confirmed prior to procurement.
7. Any third party inspection shall be charged extra.
8. Payment: ‐ 50% advance and balance against progressive invoices.
9. Quotation validity: 30days.
