engineering batch will be held at Mysore from 19 th to 24th of April 2024. In this regard kindly
adhere to the following instructions and schedule.

Note: 1. All the faculty members are required to be in the college at 6:00AM positively.
2. Inform the students one day prior to bring the required instrument for each project. The
work allotted for each day should be completed and the records of the survey work should be
verified by the concerned staff members on daily basis.
3. Faculty in charge for the respective batch should take attendance every day and inform the
list of absentees to camp officer
4. Total Station instrument is used for Highway Project and Town Planning sites only. Auto
level instrument is used for NTP and OTP projects only.
5. Login and Logout are compulsory in Biometric at college campus.
6. Mr.Avinash U K , Mr.Sukesh M K and Mr. Ashok Kumar B L will be assisting the camp
from 19th -21st , Mr. Rangegowda G R, and Mr.Ramkrishna T N will be assisting the camp
from 21st -24th.
7.Respective faculty members should maintain communication with students to ensure timely
completion of the survey camp report.
8.If any information and/or instruction is required kindly bring it to the notice of camp officer
