MINUTES OF MEETING
Orientation for Parents in the New Normal
(August 22, 2022)

 All parents are requested to submit a photocopy of their child’s PSA Birth
Certificate until December 31, 2022.
 All parents are requested to prepare 2 plastic envelopes to be used during the
distribution and retrieval of modules.
 Parents should also prepare the following:
-pentle pen
-ballpen
-coupon
-paper (Grade 5)
-notebook (Composition)
-health kit
 The teacher will create a Group Chat for her class advisory.
 Parents are encouraged to send a message via messenger or text regarding
their concerns.
 Parents are advised not to put too much pressure in teaching their child. The
best way to teach young ones is to make sure that they enjoy what they are
doing.
 Integrate arts in teaching your child.
 Learners are encouraged to participate in different activities of the Department
of Education especially during this new normal.
 Parents are encouraged to write their active cellphone number.

MARCH 18, 2022

- The body has agreed to conduct SCHOOL AND CLASSROOM CLEAN-UP DRIVE ON MARCH 19,

2022.

- With regards to answering of Modules, the body has agreed to submit the modules of their

child every 2 weeks to avoid CoViD-19 contact.

- In order to help pupils and learners avoid cramming and to maintain good mental as well as

health conditions, the adviser gave schedules in accomplishing and answering their modules.

- For the preparation of face-to-face classes, it has been agreed that all parents and guardians

must attend meetings and orientations about face-to-face modalities and find ways to help in

preparing the classroom and school.

OCTOBER 7, 2021

- The body has agreed to follow rules, regulations, policies and health protocols set by the

school as well as classroom adviser during the distribution and retrieval of modules

- Distribution and Retrieval of Modules will be conducted every 2 weeks to avoid CoViD-19

contact.

- With regards to answering of Modules, the body has agreed to submit the modules of their

child every 2 weeks to avoid CoViD-19 contacts.

- For the Modular Learning the following are the things needed by the pupils:

1. modules to be answered 3. papers (long pad) 5. Plastic envelop

2. ballpen 4. coupon bonds

- If there are school or office transactions, the body agreed to follow rules and health

protocols upon entering school premises

regulations in school, grading system and precautionary measure in this pandemic time.
