Seminar 演講者自我評量表 (Appraisal form for the seminar)

自我評量項目:(已完成請打 V)

□ 1. 檢查每頁皆有一欄外標題(running title)。
(Check the running title on each page.)
□ 2. 每頁之數據討論,最下方須增加一句作為該頁之總結。
(One summary sentence should be added below each page of results and
discussion.)
□ 3. 字體要夠大(最小:font 18-表格內容字也要夠大),讓最後排同學都可以
輕鬆欣賞。
(Font size should be more the 18.)
□ 4. 每張投影片都要有一個像是題目的標題。
(Each slide should contain a short summary.)
□ 5. 每張投影片(或每個段落)都要有一個簡潔的結論。

□ 6. 圖的縱坐標、橫座標要清晰可讀,必要時圖表的標示與內容都要自己重新
做過。

□ 7. 避免使用『完整句子』 ,要以關鍵字或片語取代。
(Avoid the use of long sentences. Use key points for the explanation.)
□ 8. 結論必須是報告過程中曾經敘述、演繹、說理過的才能放在『結論』的投
影片。
(In the end, a brief conclusion of the entire presentation should be provided.)
□ 9. 若使用彩色或灰階圖案,背景圖案不要令人覺得眼花撩亂,並注意顏色的
對比(尤其是淺色的字加上淺色的底,很糟糕的搭配,因為看不到字!)。
(Use bright colors and contrast should be maintained.)
□ 10. 建議 25~30 張投影片,多注意背景與投影片設計,人物介紹。
(Presentation should contain maximum 25-30 slides, use a suitable background
themes.)
□ 11. 內容需含四個動畫。 (Contents should include 4 flashes.)
□ 12. 演講時間四十分鐘。 (Time of presentation is 40 minutes)
