FINANCIAL PROPOSAL OF SHARED INTERNET CONNECTIVITY SERVICE
Special Note:
RIMES will provide the required router as a gateway for internet Connectivity.
RIMES will arrange the required permission to lay fiber cable from the building authority.
NETWORK DIAGRAM:
Lead-time to install is 5-6 working days after receiving the Work order and advance payment.
RIMES is required to pay 100% of One Time Cost in advance along with work order.
RIMES is required to pay the bill within 5th of the same month.
The above charges are including VAT.
Link3 will retain the ownership of the fiber Equipment, Media converter and related accessories which
will be provided to RIMES office. After the contract period is over and if RIMES does not wish to
continue the service then Link3 will bring back the equipment and associated cables.
Uptime service assurance: 98.4%
If there is any damage to the fiber optic equipment at RIMES office premise due to misuse or
negligence by RIMES If the equipment’s will burn or damaged by power problem, mishandling, fire,
theft or sabotage, water submerge, come in contact with water, drop from height and damaged partly
or fully then RIMES will pay the necessary amount as demurrage for repair and /or replacement of
the products.
RIMES has to maintain all the rules & regulations of BTRC.
RIMES will provide one-month prior notice for any kind of service termination.
This offer is valid for thirty (30) days from offering date.
Minimum contact period is one year.
Client will maintain their LAN.
Upstream Information:
Detailed description on upstream providers and bandwidth has and how they are will ensure uptime in case of
upstream outage.
To provide Internet, Link3 Technologies Limited have redundant 6x10G underground Fiber Optic connectivity with its
sister concern IIG (International Internet Gateway) Cybergate Limited.
Cybergate Ltd. connected to Global Internet through both SEA-ME-WE4 and SEA-ME-WE5 Submarine cable system.
Total capacity is 60G. To ensure optimum performance, auto-failover and backup Cybergate Ltd. had installed multiple
high capacity connectivity through different underground path and terminated to different major point of the Global
Network through Submarine cable system.
Cybergate Ltd. have presence at Equinix [Singapore] IX, HKIX, Interxion [Marseille] IX, Private Network
Interconnection with Goggle, Facebook, Amazon and Public Peering with major Content Delivery Networks eg.
Microsoft, Apple, Netflix. At present Cybrgate Ltd. have 30G capacity through SEA-ME-WE4 and 30G capacity
through SEA-ME-WE5. BSCCL, Singtel, Cogent, PCCW, Equinix [Singapore], Interxion [Marseille], Google,
Facebook and Amazon are our Global Internet infrastructure partner.

This uptime is not included any fiber burn by DESA, DESCO, BPDB transmitter, fiber optic cable stolen, Natural
Disaster (Strom, Rain), Govt. road side development works (electrical & others), hartal, strick etc. & which is not in
Link3's direct control.
Link3 will not be responsible for any kind of rules/regulation imposed by the Regulatory body about fiber optic cable
laying, maintenance, Etc.
SUPPORT POLICY:
• Link3 guarantees Phone support all over the Bangladesh [24 / 7 in 365 days]
• If it is not possible to solve the problem from remote end then our support engineer will start within 30 mints to
facilitate our service at RIMES office.
In the Dhaka city replace time within 4 hours start from our response reporting time [This response
time is not included regarding the force majeure aspect and Dhaka City Corporation road side rules
and regulation]
• Link3 will provide special response time for Fiber Optic cable damage within the Dhaka city 24/7 in 365 days from
9 am to 6 pm for RIMES [This response time is not included regarding the force majure aspect and Dhaka City
Corporation road side rules and regulation]
PERFORMANCE CRITERIA
The link uptime must be 98.4% without any attenuation (24X7X365) and should be able to provide agreed response
time.
The monthly allowable downtime, the discount will be given at prorate basis. Sample calculation of discount is given
below:
Any downtime beyond 11.68hr/month is given discount on prorated basis of monthly billed amount of that location.
The Downtime calculation doesn’t include the downtime for FORCE MAJURE.
