2- Payment shall be based on actual quantification, duly measured / verified / agreed by SUBCONTRACTOR and Contractor.
3- Duly measurement & Verification of actual Quantity shall be carried out on daily basis & will be considered as final quantity to be
billed
4- WPR shall be provided by Contractor.
5- Any backfilling required because of any change order by Contractor will be Charged Extra.
6-Invoice shall be submitted to Contractor on daily basis & Payment to subcontractor should be done within 20 days after the
submission of undisputed invoice.
7- All incidental works necessary for completion of work shall be carried out by the Subcontractor at no extra cost.
8- Contractor will be responsible for providing work location access of subcontractor Manpower & vehicles or Equipments required at
work location.
9- The amount inserted in the BOQ will be used to value any variation of the works, whether omissions or additions.
